What? Even if he is the sole survivor of an attack, he can still hide. I remember fighting Brachioraidos and he was hiding while Brachioraidos was unleashing his attacks. I remember that the fight was a stalemate until i unhid Edward.....which then he got horribly mauled....

Well he was playble for 15 min but he's in toria.
In the GBA version he's in for 40 minutes unless u can beat 2 optional dongens fast and 2 bosses(2 are optinal)

Hide is really annoying most of the time. He is prince and a big man to hide. It isn't completely useless to be honest but it gets on my nerves.

Two Words: Loki's Lute. You only get it in the GBA Version, but I gave it to Edward and now he does damage on par with Yang and Cid. Also, when you beat his trial in the Lunar Ruins, he gets a ring that turns his useless Sing ability into Chant, which casts Protect and Shell on everybody. Comes in handy.
I may be the only one here who doesn't hate him, it seems. |
