News--- Those of you that want to relive the original 8-bit Final Fantasy game, can now do so on Wii Virtual Console. The game is available for purchase for 500 Wii Points ($5). Square Enix has already released Final Fantasy I in a few compilations and portable titles, so hopefully we can begin to watch more classic FF titles continue to appear. Source: 1UP | ||||||||||||||

I've been waiting a very long time for this game to come out on Virtual Console and I was very excited to see it on there on Friday after school.  I downloaded it immediately and right now, I've defeated the pirates at the second town, and I'm wandering around the overworld. | ||||||||||||||

Inventory | Just a question for anyone who did download it: Did they leave in all the broken stuff, such as the spells or items that don't work properly? I'm going to assume it's just a direct port of the NES original, but I'd be absolutly overjoyed if they fixed it up before launching it. | ||||||||||||
