this section is all about FF one and two but does it refer to 1&2 snes version or 1&2 ps1 version or any other versions because i have noticed that games lables FF 1 and or 2 are different story lines but still a part of the ff seriese so to sum it all down does this website or atleast this section refere to gereneral FF 1&2 or specificly the snes ps1 etc. versions?

It refers to Final Fantasy I and II and all of their remakes. It is just like the Final Fantasy IV forum is for Final Fantasy IV and all of its remakes. I'm not really sure what you are confused about. Final Fantasy I and all of its remakes are all the same game, just on different system. It is the same with Final Fantasy II. There are only minor changes in the remakes.
EDIT: I understand what you mean now.  It refers to the first two Final Fantasy games. The ones that are combined on the PS1 and GBA. This forum isn't for Final Fantasy IV which was Final Fantasy II on the SNES. LocoColt04 already gave you a link, but here it is again if you missed that thread. Here
