Warrior or monk 2. thief 3. black mage 4. white mage in that order. the lower on the list, the less they are attacked. Thats good since WM and BM dont get any good armor until a bit later.

Inventory | I used Warrior Thief Red Mage Red Mage Worked a treat, until the final boss, then I was really aching for Heal, and the heal staff just doesn't cut it. Apart from that, a really strong team. | ||||||||||||

Inventory  | Hey, my first post  With the help of a walkthrough guide, I beat it on my first outing back in 2000. No cheats or anything like that, just like having directions on where to go. Anyway I think it took me a month and a half with this lineup:Warrior Monk Red Mage Black Mage Warrior was always bread and butter for me. Monk tended to miss alot more with a weapon and I eventually pulled them off and he improved. Red Mage was the third best attacker who could use some black magic to hurt multiple targets. Black Mage tended to get himself killed first of the group. | ||||||||||||
