I can't remeber what the first final fantasy was that i played. But i know the only reason that i got in to final fantasy was because my brother had borrowed final fantasy origins and i watch him play it he did not like it. I loved it. I don't think any one is going to tell you the ending for Final fantasy 2 but i have not completed it yet but form what i have played it is very cool.

I never had an NES back then, so the first "Final Fantasy" game that I played wasn't really one: Final Fantasy Legend II. Bought the other Gameboy titles (Final Fantasy Legend I & III and Final Fantasy Adventure). Never got very far in either of them, but I loved the concept. Ultimately, the name "stuck" and I bought an imported version of Final Fantasy II (4j) when I got my SNES. Final Fantasy Mystic Quest was the first one I actually beat. After that came sort of a hiatus. I didn't know Final Fantasy III (6j) existed, since it was never released in Europe and the import shop where I had previous bought my US and Japanese games had closed. I never bought a Playstation so I had to wait for the PC port of Final Fantasy VII, but I loved it. When Final Fantasy VIII came out I borrowed a friend's copy (PC version, again) but never got into it (never really liked the futuristic FFs much). Haven't played IX, X or X-2 since I don't own a PS/PS2. Recently got XI, but I'm having difficulty getting into it.

Too bad XIII is a PS3 exclusive title, would love to see a PC version of it.
