Ok so i got PS CS3 and id like to get back into dabbaling with it, ive tried all links in the digital needs thread but alot of them are outdated (hasn't been updated in 5 years) and i couldn't find any helpful/newbie tutorials.

Anybody know any newish sites that would cater for my photoshop newbie needs ?

I'm looking to make some forum sigs/banners etc, start off small as they say
