I have been using mIRC for a few years, I haven't bothered to learn to make scripts as most of what I want to do has been done. But I have seen some interesting stuff, a massive flood script that when I wake in the morning I have 60 odd PMs of spam. Does anybody know how this is done or any other scripts? Or even had any experiences with similar situations on mIRC? ? Or are there any people out there who know how to run a server? Please tell...

244   | I've been using mIRC for over 10 years now, and i've never had a problem with spam at all. I dont know why it's happening to you. Waht kinfd of server are you trying to run? a filerserver? If you tell me what you will be serving I can point you in the right direction for scripts and resources.

3,090 | No, I am not to sure but I think I know the guy who made the script, did you ever hear of a program for called TekNap for Napster? Anyway a group of people want me to set up a chatroom and I figured mIRC is the best option, I can kind of run it on my own PC but I often reboot and do multiple stuff so I dunno if its the best idea. But I found a free server so I am going to try set it up soon.
