haha yeah I got 35 kills with the BR, I remember that. You asked "How did you get so many kills?!" and I said something like "I just kept shooting" lol. yeah I apologize for ALLSTAR being a fag and booting you eariler, 15 year olds that think they are Chuck Norris at a video game tend to do that, and we still got the big W in that MLG game anyways. But yeah all those game variants were really fun (my favorite being the floating barge).

Tomorrow I'll help you out in some matchmaking so you can have a good level. Now I'm off to bed, I promise.

I'm 20 and play in several leagues. Tis the life of a mercenary.

I can hold my own against many upper rankers, but tend to get paired with crappy teammates. Noobs and such.
Friday, I got put into a group of Noobs on Team Snipers that only got 5 kills each against a team of 2. I got 19. They keep dieing so easily it was pathetic. And on top of it all, They all outranked me.


Yeah, we use that map for huge free-for-all battles, like Big Juggernaut or just a huge ass slayer. Infection is wicked on that map.

nah, Allstar is only 15, he is finishing up his first year in high school, myself and surreption are 19 though, so that was why he was probably more chill in the lobby.

so what are the other leagues you play in, and what kind of games do you play in those leagues?

haha yeah you will always end up with noobs when you go into matchmaking alone in H3. Even when I go alone in playing against level 48-49 kids, some of them are still really bad and have no idea what teamwork is... and then you get one kid on your team who is the "stat-whore", one who waits for you to do all the dirty work shooting some guy then he rushes in and cleans up the kill, then he complains to you guys on how you can't get any kills... But yeah usually the best way to win is if the other team has more noobs than you, then you have a chance. I do like how they changed how you get matched up though, like in Halo 2 for example you could have a group of 4 teaming up against 4 random players all the time, now you cant anymore because they match the groups up against each other, which is pretty nice.

You're not that younger then me. How long have you been playing?

I'm in the Major League Gaming (MLG), The Global Gaming League (GGL), and the Extreme Gaming League (EGL/EGM).

Got put in a team on Ranked Team Slayer, and no one but me got any kills.
1 dropped out at the beginning, one died 6 times then quit, and the last stayed, but was more like a moving target that couldn't hit the side of a barn with a hand full of crap.

50 to 19 on Valhalla. I was pissed.

I've been playing I'd say since March of 2007, that was when I got really interested in trying to get better at Halo2 when it was out, and yeah I also play in the MLG, I was on a team that was a few places shy of getting into the bracket playoffs for the first online Halo3 tournament, the one that would place the seedings and such for the first LAN tournament that happened in April.

Yeah I kinda had a rough day online as well, I lost like 3 team slayer games in a row, get on another account, do really well on the MLG playlist, get back on the first account, try playing Team Slayer again, do bad the first 2 games, then I lag out and can't get back on Live, grrr.

Sorry, I can't. Nothing against you, but my friend's list is completely full and I can't really remove anyone without people getting mad at me, and the MLG community has a twentyfold worse community out there than any other place, so I try not to step on toes when I can avoid it. If I see you online and there is an opening in the party though, I'll send you an invite if you ever want to play MLG customs with some semi-pros and even a few pros.

But even worse, my router is for the Xbox is acting up and I am having trouble even getting online tonight, so I might have to get a new one...Those things were not cheap either....

I understand, I've tried to join up with other league members, but their lists were full. I joined up on their second accounts, though.

Routers are expensive to replace. Never had to myself, but my friends who did, said, they're over priced.

When you can, just jump on to my party and we'll slay a few hundred.

I'm part of the Grifball League now, too.
I have to say, Grifball is pretty fun when you have a good team.
Fake-outs with the ball are a great way to screw up the other team.

Grifball is insanely fun, no doubt about it, but only if you are playing with funny people. Sometimes it can get frustrating if the host is in yellow bar the entire game.

I like the new ranks, the whole system reminds me of some old PSX street racing game, it was soo fun to play, but I sold it a long time ago after beating it... The hidden racers had names similar to the deck of cards, up to the toughest guy being the "Ace of Spades."

I should get out the clip of me getting a kilimonjaro in the BR arena that some pro made for practice, that was pretty cool..
