Oh, damn.

I know how it feels. I sprained mine third degree (ripped up ligaments = ouch) just before my birthday last year. I recommend physio afterwards, though. I didn't get it, and my ankle's still stiff and rolling it tears the ligament again. Was walking to school from the station and I went over the gutter. Then I had to walk home on it. Pain pain.
It was worse the fist time, though. I did it on the way home that time. Fell over the gutter at the roundabout. Made use of the worst words in my vocabulary. Repeatedly.

Funny thing was, when I was on crutches, I forgot how to walk. XD

Nah we still havn't put up our Christmas tree. I've really grown out of it and so has the rest of my family. Like it's fun but it's not the highlight of the year.

Yay i just found out it's not broken

But im on crutches for 3 weeks

yeah we put the tree up, i dont really care for it but it hink dad wants it as something family like we do. we dont have many traditions so i guess this is one we should keep

Yeah well usually we put it up on the 1st of December but for some reason it hasn't happened yet this year. But that's alright I guess.

Well that's good it isn't broken. But gee crutches, that must suck.

nah it as it's advantages, my parents bring me everything, i dont have to get up!

We've had our Christmas tree up since late November, that's usually the way we do it otherwise it we put it up in December, by the time it was up.. it'd be time to take it down again. We like to have it up earlier to have time to look at it and admire it. We have 5 Christmas trees as well, one in the lounge room which is the largest, one in my room which is smaller and three tiny ones. They're a lot of fun to decorate. ^_^

We don't really admire our Christmas tree. It's just a tree that is there. It's not that pretty. It is one of those ones with the lights in the acutal tree though so I guess it is kind of pretty.

But you see if we put ours up now we would have to take it down in a few days lol haha. So Mum really doesn't want to put it up. But then what will everyones presents go under =/?

Aww, I don't think it's Christmas without a tree! Ours is fake but still is nice, it's pretty tall.. don't know how tall exactly but it's quite large. It looks extra pretty this year as well since we bought a lot of new decorations for it, my Mum can't help herself when it comes to Christmas goodies. We have most of our gifts wrapped up and under.. or beside the tree already haha. I should get some pictures of it to post!

I can't believe there's less than a week to go now. O.o

Yeah I know only a week, my parents decided cos we have to travel im getting 2 of my presents early, on friday i get my 80gig ipod video *drools* and they gave me $150 of voucher cards for sanity, Jbhifi woulda been better but Sanity is good aswell, so i can get the 6th season of scrubs to complete my collection

That sounds pretty awesome Chairman Meow, that's only tomorrow so I hope you enjoy your goodies! I have to wait until Christmas day to open my goodies, the rule is not to open the presents until everybody is awake, even if I am an adult now LOL. That has always been our rule, ever since I was only little. I remember always waking up early and getting very excited about opening all the gifts and I really disliked waiting so I sometimes woke up my parents, my brother did too even though he's much older than me. I don't wake up early anymore, it doesn't worry me as much but I still get excited about gifts.

I know all of my gifts before hand because I choose them so it isn't as exciting.
But I guess the thought of Christmas is still exciting.
Lol our tree still isn't up lol.
It's kind of sad really.

Yeah, I know my gifts as well but it's still exciting for me either way. It's the best time of the year where you get to eat lots of junk food and enjoy the company of family while giving and receiving presents. It's just a very happy time! It's nice to see relatives opening presents that you have given to them, well to me it is. It's great to see the smiles on their face.

Of course it's better when you are a child when you have no idea what you're getting, the surprises are always the best.

I have a fair idea of what I'm getting. I know I'll get the Heroes box set, and probably a couple of CDs I wanted, but I let my family have free reign of the rest.

Yeah, I love watching the faces of people I give gifts to. I always feel bad when I open presents though, because I don't really react. Then I gush so as not to disappoint and come off as really fake. Dagnabbit, I can't win. ><
