I highly doubt it a) It's one of nintendo's best sellers, b) Even with this new dark slant, it's still at heart a kids game, no matter how creepy the mask guy was from MM, c) even if they did, most of the Links in the games, exist from different timelines, like the OOT and MM one is different to WW or LTTP.

They wouldn't kick link out. He's kina like mario you have got to have him in the game just to prove that it is a nintendo game. The only way they would leave link out is if they renamed the game something like The Legend of Zelda: Zelda's addventure to show that Link is not the main character.

I like both of those pictures of Link but I already used the second one in a sig check out link sig for rydia in the first post. I can change it if you would like though. I'll start on a sig for the other pic right as soon as I can though

True i highly agree with you on all those points but i saw what i saw seriously i am not making this up!I am still finding the link, it was my friend off the bluelaguna forums that showed me it once i find it i will show you guys, seriously it may just be a hoax i am not sure! But you guys really need check it out when i do find it!

Okay I finished some more sigs! If you hate them I am sorry. I tried to make them all look somewhat similar in set-up so when people see them they think "Hey that's a Nintendo Worshippers" sig. It's kind of an advertising ploy. Anyhow here they are.

Thanks max I like mine alot. The pic came out great. 10/10 for max. O you are right they would never get zelda out of the games. I would not get A Wii if they did that.

I can't wait for the Wii to come out. I think that most people will be heading for the Wii instead of Playstation 3 when it comes out. It just costs WAY too much. The Wii looks pretty good too. The controller/remote thingy seems better than I thought. Have any of you visited the Wii Website ?

I dunno if I'm welcome to give my two cents here, however, I feel that Nintendo is just trying to be more innovative (like the DS) and I think they will fail miserably. I cannot see the controller lasting long before everyone hating it and it's flaws (which it is sure to have, just like any other new innovative idea). Feel free to criticize, I'm here to listen, I really want to be convinced that it will be good because I can't see myself not getting a Nintendo system.

The problem that Nintendo will have with it's controller, the DS suffers from this too, is that 3rd party creators won't now how to use it, and won't be able to do with it what Nintendo does.
With the DS the touchscreen is usually just a map in 3rd party games, but in 1st party games like Metroid Prime Hunters, you can play the whole game just using it.
But most people who get wiis and DSs are getting them for the 1st party games, and you can use a normal controller instead of the remote anyway.

I would like to point out also that many people first questioned the original 8-bit nintendo controller. They were use to the atari controller and thought that it was the best set up. Still time proved many of nintendo's critics wrong. I'm not saying the Wii controller might not have problems but we should give it a chance and thank nintendo for trying to keep video games innovative.

Also Kyle I'm fine with you joining the club I'll add you to the list. And I will be working on a Nintendo Gang sig on Monday. I just don't have photoshop at home I have to go in to work to get it done.

nice one max! You need any help with designs i have photoshop as well on my laptop, i would give you a hand no problem man.
I have seen the Wii's new controller as well and i didn't really think much of it as well. To be honest it is a really horrible design for a console controller, i am glad to hear from Xu that you can still use the game cube controllers and not this one if didn't want one.

Yeah I agree the controller is a bit odd. I looked at it and thought wtf?? It seems like it would be great for Metroid and Zelda games, but for like Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it would seem a bit out of place. If they make other versions of the controller like they did with the XBox way back(the smaller version) or something I'll get that. Maybe I should just play with a Gamecube controller, I don't know.

Anyways, how much is the Wii gonna be?
