Chicken vs. Turkey

I have never tried Turkey before, being the fussy person that I am.. I probably never will! I love chicken though and have it a fair bit. It's a great sandwich meat and just a great meat in general. Roast chicken =

Haha even chickens like chicken. It's true! We have chickens that will eat it. We have thrown old stuff over the fence or something and they come and eat it. They are cannibals I tell you!

It's 21 over here. Which is fine, because hard liquer makes my stomach queesy nowadays. Still, I'd like to be able to order a glass of wine at a restaurant. Sigh.

ANYWAY TURKEY!

When I first tried beer booty turkey, I wasn't a fan of beer, and I still liked it. The alcohol flavor or influence isn't an issue. It's like beer bread (also good). You can tell beer was involved, but it isn't like beer as a solid food. It just adds a little extra something. Like wine in spaghetti sauce! Or brandy with a dessert sauce. Even if drinking isn't your thing, you can consider it as putting something you normally oppose to good use as a flavoring.

Oh Crazy, you should try it at least once. What if you like it and have no idea? What a waste!
