This will be the CONSOLE SELLER. People will buy the PS3 just to play this. FF freaks will spend any amount of money for hours and hours of this game. This game....will be a Perfect Creation....or the end of the series, atleast for me.

word to that. Since im allowed to play games at work. This will give me plenty of time to figure out a setup for work.

yeah this game will sell me the console. But if this game has a weak storyline and character develop like ff12 along with a flawed gambit system this will be the end of the series for me as well.

u really thought 12 was that bad???

hmm i thought it was ALRIGHT, i mean ok, the story wasnt up to par like it should have been and there are some problems with the gambit system, but u gotta admit ff12 is a kickass game to play i mean fans have been waiting for a FF game where all gameplay graphics look like cut-scene quality and where u dont have to go through that little battle initiation thingy (life when u enter a battle in the previous series).

and lets not forget how most of the systems, ie-leveling up and combat and really good

but overall, i understand wut u mean haha they are going to have made some major adjustments

True your right I have to admit 12 did have the one of the "best" battle systems. But it was flawed. (ex when you steal from an enemy you keep stealing even though he has nothing. Same goes for enimies who are immune to spells etc etc...) Compared to every other final fantasy story line, 12 doesnt deliver and it is sad cause they spent soo much time on the game but came out with awesome gameplay but weak story line. Sort of half assed if you ask me. And it doesnt feel epic at all fighting bosses just dull as hell. But anyway yes FF 13 improves on these areas creating an awesome storyline that takes me back as well as fixing the ff12 battle system then yeah this could be the greatest game and the ps3 will defiantly be selling.

i really want a ps3 only for when ff13 is released because im a huge fan and 13 looks amazing, the only problem is that the ps3 is really expensive and i dont have the money atm lol guess i will have 2 same quickly lol

I know. I seriously need that damn massive money amount. I need the television, some kind of cheap but sort of high-end HDTV, with the HD cables,($1000 plus) The PS3 itself ($400-$700), and the games which are going to be $60 atleast a pop. So, I need, like, a two grand or something I guess.

lol..... you are spending way to much on a tv. Unless your wanting a 42"+ you can get a 19" 720p HD monitor for cheap.

I am buying a new TV and a Ps3 for this game. I know I probably shouldn't and it is a tad obsessive but it's just what I do.

Even if it comes out on the 360 which I already own or the Wii even I would buy it on the Ps3 just because it feels more at home that way.

But i'm sure if all goes well Final Fantasy XII will help the sales of the Ps3 a lot

I am NOT buying a PS3 for this game. I'm not dishing out a heap of money just to get that system and Final Fantasy XIII. As much as I love the series, I don't think I could afford it anyway.. unless it got cheaper. My Brother has a PS3, he hasn't even asked me to try it.. that's what I call rude. I'll remember that when I get my Nintendo Wii for Christmas lol. I'm happier to get a Wii actually so yeah. I might get it sometime in the future but at the moment it's highly unlikely. This game has not captured my interest yet anyway.
