I'd say as long as you take it seriously and maturely being 21 with children is fine. I'm sure youll be alright just be responsible with your child, take care of him well, and don't end up like the korean parents playing video games and letting their child die. but yeah your at a fine age, as long as you take it seriously.

My family is my life!! I cannot belive that parents would let their children die for some stupid games.

Too young to have a child is 12 or less. If you can birth a child - you can be a mother. Just the way it works.

Whether or not you are capable of raising and caring for your offspring solely depends on the person in question. If you're willing to do the best for your child and raise it with love and care, then sure.. You're a Mother.

Just remember, if you're not raising your kid with love... Having a child ruined 3 lives.
