Demonia: Fighters Guild

This club will be entirely power based, except of course, for me.
I will however not have a deciding vote on who does and does not become a certain grade or rank if you prefer, I will simply judge the fights and ask for a vote between members to be held.
I will send out requests for certain RPBers that I have personally read fight and admire.
A councel will be set up if there are enough members to act as supreme judges to create new rules and regulations and also to aid in club activities.

Conditions of entry into the guild:
1. You must have experiance in fighting in numerous styles with ranges of characters (This does not mean that you have to be an expert, merely that you know how to RPB. You can learn more from others).
Failing this any previous TOA champions or finalists will be welcome without question (this is due to your ability to be able to give knowlegde and experiance to those who may not be as skilled as yourself).
2. You are personally invited by myself.
3. You posses great skill in RP and have created a long standing Roleplay; in this case proof must be given (this will be mainly invite and is only due to the fact that I will need help creating group challenges/ tournaments).
4. My fourth condition is that you show eagerness to learn to be better at either RP or RPB and wish to be guided by others.

Rules:
1. All the usual forum rules.
2. Disputes over who has won are not to be settled in here but with myself or other judges via PM, unless (of course) it has to be handled with the group itself as in votes.
3. There is a 5-10 post limit for phases 1 through 4 and an 8-10 for the higher ranks.
4. No time limit is issued.

Perpose of the guild: To create good quality RPer and RPBers via training that will be plentiful both in idea's and opponents (theoretically that is). I will also base status on skill in the club, this will mean one on ones between fighters.

Guild activities: Discussions of previous fights, fights to come and fighters themselves. I may also organise tounaments between members like that of TOH and TOA within TFF.
RP's will also be looked at and I am hoping by defining good members from bad I will be able to use RP's to increase the skill and creativity of all the members.

(Non-fight rank) Current "legal" judges for this guild:
-Alexander
-Aerif
-Toph Bei Fong
-DragonHeart

Things to judge:
Those are 4 things to comment on:
Technical Skill - Out of 10 points
Flow - Out of 10
Detail - Out of 10
Creativity - Out of 10
Aditional points for winning- 10

So the points could add up to 50...

These points will tally onto you and give you a rank.

(Non-fight rank) Event and club activity designer:

-Hyzenthlay

Generals: (these will act as the high councel)

- Slim of the Crimson Hellfire.
- (enter name) of the Viridian Earth.
- (enter name) of the Sapphire Ocean.

I'm keeping the General places, these will still act as a high councel...

Yes I suppose for now you can have that post though, as forum rules state, if someone challenges you for that position you can lose it.
Makes it kinda more interesting, of course they would have to be an immortal first.

Well I'd like to join, and I'm pretty sure I fall into catergory one. I've got some good skills, and if you need proof, I can provide it. I'm not the most active member around, but if this kicks off, my activity will obviously increase.

This club seems to interest me in a way since I enjoy the prospect of RPBing. I could be completely egoistic and say I am an excellant RPer and RPBer but that would hold much arrogance. I've only been battling for roughly a year now since I joined this forum and I'd say my skills our above average at best when compared to the better fighters on this forum.

So although I have not been invited, I would like to ask to join. Please either post a responce or PM me about the result. However if I am granted membership in this, might I ask for the position of the Azure Sky?

There have been times in the past where the allegiance of myself and Itachi Uchiha have clashed. Considering that I have already established a position as 'General' (via Alexanders personal realization of my ability), I would like to request that in order for Itachi to obtain a position as my equal.... he should prove that he is in fact my equal. We will have a battle. If our skills seem anywhere in the area of 'on par' with each other, then he can have a 'General' position.

Just a thought.

Hmmm, that seems very interesting Slim and it would be a very good start to the club indeed.

To keep the club in check I ask that these fights coincide with eachother, I will supply a link to both, acting as judges will be myself and Aerif, who upon recieving her personal application has accepted as official event designer and judge with myself.

I welcome all who have asked to join and look forward to witnessing your skill.
I will open the fights in just a few minutes.

Itachi and Grim, you will be admitted/ rejected pending how well you preform in these.

Does the judge start the RPB thread and describe the battlefield, or do we (just whoever posts first)?

The judge decides so as not to create a bias, so I am waiting for Aerf before I start my own fight, yours however is up.

I'll put the link up on here and message Aerif right away, I'll take a look at you char and edit your name on the RP accordingly so don't worry about that =].

Hold up a second, Alex.
Your club's rules and agendas do not match up with your application. What you have made here is just another damn faction.

You stated in your application that all RPers and RPBers are welcome and can learn from those with more experience. But no, you do not do that here in your thread. Your thread has become another faction. It runs almost exactly like the previous Phoenix Knights.

We have enough "factions" as it is. Your club is no longer valid by way of abandoning your application and creating something that we already have.

Therefore, closed. If you have any argument, PM it to me, please.
Or if you decide to run your club by your application's purposes, then I will see about re-opening it.

EDIT: Since you explained the points of your introduction post that had me worried about it being a faction, I have to thank you. Also, you may want to clear up your joining criteria, for those newer members that want to learn how to RP and/or RPB.

Ha ha ha, so be it Toph. I will match you up with a contender, this may possibly be myself as if Xeim joins I may choose to put you as teh judge of Grimm and Xeims and me fight you with Aerif as judge. If that is okay with you, of course.

Just to clarify, anybody is welcome to com and learn. Status however, comes with skill this is simply to allow ease in matching opponents with eachother and so forth.

If you accept, I will be looking over the section for the thread, I will use the character Dragoth. I'll post an updated profile as my old one seems to be a reflection of what my skills once were.

Well considering the fact you have set me up in a match with Slim, I have already posted in the RPB thread. Hopefully this will prove to be fun. I am stil curious on my rank though. Do I have to prove myself for the rank during this battle? Oh and on a last note Alexander, I left an OOC note for you in my post if you'd read it.

Ah Darkwolf, were you formerly Alucard? If so I am pitting you against Great Vriter Vicky the prize being a position as general much like Slim and Itachi's.
