Ok, wow, sorry this took me so long to finish. I've never been able to design characters as quick as I wish I could...but really I initially had a completely diffrerent design for a female elf, but descided to scrap it as this one popped into my head just as I finished the other one....so I started over. ^^;

Now, before you tell me off as a complete n00b for having my profile under this, I'd like to explain why I'm doing this. I do realize I have to post this in the character statistics thread, but before I do so, I'd like to post it here to see what you all think of it. I'm just getting accustomed to designing Rp characters, and though RPB characters are similar...the design in certain areas matter more than others....and the areas that matter are the ones I have less experience with. Therefore, I was hoping for guidance on this. So pretty much...tips, help me work out amazingly weak weak points...stuff like that. Even if you just give me tips for what to do in future if you don't wish for me to modify this.

And, though any praise you may have is appreciated, I'm really looking for critism here. I don't want to be given cookies that will fatten me up when I could be training my arse off. You get me? Probably not...but oh well.

Also, for any of you non-american peoples, I apologize for the lack of metric figuring in this profile...hopefully I'll have it added in by the time I post the final thing in the character statistics thread.


Name: Hisaki Akigara

Age: 24

Species: human

Sex: male

Height: 5'7"

Weight: 110 lbs

Eye color: black

Hair: bright red, black near the bottom; his hair is layered. Much of it is short and carelessly falls around his head, though he has a layer underneath this that falls past his hips. He ties it back into pony tail that runs loosely down his back.

Skin tone: pale

Appearance: Hisaki wears a simple red tunic that falls nearly to his knees as well as tight black pants (with stretchy material) to provide room for movement. His left hand was severed (and the rest of his arm was scarred) in a battle with one of his opponents. He wears a gauntlet over it and has turned his handicap into a weapon.

Weapons: katana, gauntlet

katana- named Sokyuu

gauntlet: Hisaki channels energy through this. It's a claw, also making it useful in follow up attacks. Also nice of blocking since it's made out of a tough metal.

Skills

katana

Dual Slash: Strikes with sword, then follows it up with a swipe of his gauntlet. He can do this several times in conjunction if the attacks are dodged. Pretty much his most used attack.

Gauntlet

Fist of destruction: not to be fooled by the title, Hisaki merely focuses his inner energy into the palm of his gauntlet and releases it as an orb green light (still in his hand) that shoots a mid ranged attack in the form of a "line" of green light. Despite the complexity, the attack is initiated very quickly.

Bio: Hisaki is a former solider of a medieval level kingdom. He was chased out of his country after being suspected of treachery and now wanders the countryside and other areas looking for fights.

Alrighty then, um...I guess all that's left for me in this post is to say I look forward to fighting Darkwolf, who most likely looks forward to kicking my arse. >.>

Oh! Wait, no there's something else I need to say. Unfortunately, I most likely won't be able to log in tomorrow. If I am able to, it will be late in the day (pacific standard time) and because of that, my battle against darkwolf probably won't take off until the 10th. Damn roadtrips....

Wow Xeim, well done. I have to say, for a firt timer you arn't half bad =].

If Toph doesnt mind doesnt mind I will start your and Darkwolfs fight now.
Either Toph or I will write the intro, its up to him.

Don't worry about having to wait, there is no time limit =], although I think I'll put a post limit of 8-10 each, just in case.

As I've just said on MSN, your profile is actually pretty decent. I've seen worse profiles in the Character Statistics thread. I can't wait to see him in action. I'm sure the fight with you and Darkwolf will go along fine. I'm actually making the thread right now. I'm almost done.

As for what you are judginng, for now, you are judging Toph and Grimms posts with me as this is a higher quality of posts compared to what I am expecting from the others; no offence intended to the others.

Yes, that clears it up! I'm looking forward to Grimm's first post and for the beginning of the battle, from Piro... Er, Vicky... Er, Tophs past posts I can see an exciting battle is going to happen, although admitedly I've not actually looked at Grimm's work, so it will be intresting to see how he fairs...

I'm looking forward to Xeim and Darkwolfs too, I know Darkwolf has some experiance and I want to see how Xeim does in her first fight.

Thanks for the feedback, Alex. I'm glad you liked my introduction. Though I'm actually curious as to what type of pattern you seen in my writing style. What sticks out with the posts that you've seen?

Mmmm, sorry for my absence, I did not expect this take off as it did, but I'm glad nonetheless. As for the character I'll be using, if it's alright with Alexander, will be a Shinigami (Death God). If not, I've got some one else who'd be "acceptable".

Seeing as I just heard about your Shinigami's Shikai ability, it is very interesting, but it's somewhat border god moding, actually.

Heat generates energy. So basically as long as you attack, you'll never grow tired. I say borderline, because I think it's something I can work around.

Although I wonder if I should take your shinigami realistically, or if she can "see" him.

If I choose to take it realistically like in the Bleach world, then she can't hear his voice, but if not, then she can. She's blind, so she wouldn't be able to see him either way. ^_^;

I'll whip up a character by tomorrow night to keep things flowing here. As for a battle, feel free to set me up with anyone. I'm all about the development of a character, so even if my butt gets kicked, lord knows I enjoy the learning experience, haha.

Wow, this is certainly a pleasant surprise.
Much to catch up on here...
ANYWAYS! First order of business, my intention in challenging Itachi was to see if he was up to my standards in terms of being a General. Basically, if we tie he can take his requested General position.
I know I won't lose, that's a given, it's a matter of him proving his skill. (No offense Itachi Good luck anyways.) P.S. I will NOT be aiming to kill in this fight. It's a test.
Also, in these fights are we using a post limit or time limit criteria? I just need to know what I'm working with.
I would like you to know that I, too, will be here to judge when needed. I feel that I am as qualified as anyone to do this.

Another thing, just for Darkwolf here, I don't think you can take over the High Lord position. If I am correct that is a position held solely for the leader. If not I'd have already dove at the opportunity to take over. I also think fluctuating leadership would end to an overall downfall. I think we should keep Alexander there to have a sturdy system going here.

So just let me know what's going on here and I'll get right into my battle.

@ Itachi: I am giving you a choice of two characters to battle. It's completely up to you. I would just like to warn you that one MUST kill your character off PERMANENTLY (from TFF; not that I am godmoding or straying from the TFF rules, it's simply a condition I set when fighting with this character; you can accept or decline of your own accord) if he wins. You'll know who and why once you read the character profiles. So here are your choices:

Also, just curious, but isn't your character an Avatar character Toph/GWV/Andro? Are you sure you do not wish to use a character you created on your own?? Reason being, if you are using attacks and moves similar to that in the show, your side of the battle will seem dull and uninteresting. You will lose points from the judge in the whole creativity category. It's unoriginal. Just a suggestion, I do not doubt your ability.

Oh, she's "original". Note that I said she's a "reincarnation". Same name and slightly different appearance, doesn't mean it's the same person. I don't have everything about her in there. You'll see.

But yes, my forum name and signature, and the character is based off of an Avatar character. (Though I'm not that stupid to be unoriginal. You'll see soon enough.) Good eye. And I'm not Andromeda. Andromeda is Andromeda. Geez. >_>

And who are you to talk to me about originality? Ekard is nothing but a souped up modified Grim Reaper. (Yes, yes. Represents all evil.. how cliche. =P)
Quite frankly, you actually don't have a right to remove a person's character usage permanently, even with their consent.

To be honest, I'd like to see what Alexander and Lococolt have to say about your character, as I can't really make a final decision. I can just state my opinion.

I mean, the use of your character is fine, but your stipulation is the only thing that really bothers me, to make things clear. You can fight with it, you just can't stop people from using their own character. Absorb the soul, that's fine, but that doesn't mean they have to stop using the character, as all battles aren't chronological to each other.

As far as the "plot" goes, the character in the least should be "kicked out" of the "guild", and a new character be created. It was like this in the Phoenix Knights. Though, the Phoenix Knights had exclusive characters to their faction, and those characters actually died and the member is kicked out.
