Yes.. that is why Slim is now facing someone else. Normally, there would be a problem if there wasn't anyone else for him to face. >_>

Though if Alex isn't going to be this active, I'm tempted to just take control and re-configure the whole mess. >_>; (How does Fukamichi Outai sound?)

But eh, whatever. I'm sure Alex has his reasons. But at least he put someone in charge while he was gone. I'll have the threads up sometime soon. I have RP posts to do first.

Well in this case, yes Itachi should be disqualified from the match, since he has been talking on messanger and putting off a lot of posts in tff, and it's not like he can't be online or anything. I have reminded him of his battle with Slim, and he just ignores me. This battle is important for Slim to advance in the club as all of the other members are, even if it's not that important to Itachi.

Well, if he's just ignoring you, then I guess he doesn't care anymore. He really is absorbed in his new crush.

So, I will indefinitely disqualifiy Itachi and just cancel his battle with Slim. Well, I already did, but now it's an official statement.

And if Itachi's really not going to take TFF seriously anymore just because of his new fabled girlfriend, then he may as well just get booted. Not like he'll notice or care right now anyway. >_>

Edit: I've just moved Itachi's battle and created a new "canceled" area.

Woooooo, Aimee comes as a messenger. As Toph knows I went to see Alex play the other day and he told me whilst he was there he wouldn't be on until WEdnesday because of late hours working. I just remembered when you asked about him, silly me.

Anyway, my fight against Slim. Could I Ask Slim what character he will choose. I Won't accept your Ekard thing i'm afraid. I'm not all that good at this I think it's a bad idea to spend ages on a character for it to be killed off.

By the way people, Alex isnt foreign. He doesnt even speak wierd lol. I think he tried to make himself sound really intelligent and messed up. Me and my friends spent Sunday laughing at his posh accent though (its even more posh than mine shock, horror).

Give me half an hour to an hour to properly make my character and I'm ready. n_n

I'm loving this... I'm such a wierdo arn't I?

Thanks, Aimee.

Tell him to stop acting all intelligent then, it makes him look retarded and people can't understand what the hell he says.

But anyway.. I'm glad to see that he's in a real band and that you got to see him play.
Wednesday's not far off, so he should be here soon. And since it's Wednesday, he can go ahead and make the threads. >_>

Wow.... do I have a whole hell of a lot to say.

As bold as it may sound I am trying to avoid that. A winner may come up with an insanely unrealistic finish that, quite frankly, destroys the main idea and image of the other writer's character more than I could ever dream of doing so. I keep the finishes fair. If someone absolutely got OWN3D on the battlefield than guess who'll get OWN3D in my finish?? If the fight was close, much like Red and 'Muse's, the finish is likewise. I'd hate to see someone's character's whole image get obliterated because the writer who get's to finish absolutely blows everything out of proportion.

To be put lightly it truly IS Alex's decision. Completely. He is the club headmaster and should be treated likewise. He's not just some guy that stands and watches as his members shape the club into it's final product. He keeps order; and in that way he gets to decide how he'll do so.

I honestly could not care less. I'll just not read OR finish your fight. Your battle can sit idly without an ending and your reward will be nonexistent; that'll be your fault not mine. All you are doing is saving me some work.

I can already answer the majority of those questions for you.
1) Should anyone get an item? Of course. Who DOESN'T like rewards??
2) Should the battle be finished? DEFINATELY! That is why I asked for this position in the first place; so they won't be left endless.
3) Who should win? This isn't even a question. The winner the judge chooses wins, there are no exceptions.
4) What should happen to each character? All that happens is one beats the other, and they are ranked accordingly. No one will die.
*So turns out I answered ALL your questions*

It would be to have the victor conclude the match, and then have Slim "fly into the arena" and give the items. Otherwise he's just controlling others' characters and then shoving goodies in their face. Oh yay!
Of course I'll add my own twist; that's a big part of this whole idea. However, the character will not lose it's original air. It's not like I jump in and post, I do my research. I will read up on your entire battle and write the finish appropriately. The smartest thing you have said through this whole thing is 'it doesn't matter in the long run,' but then you went ahead and ruined it by making another contradictory statement. Can no one just sit back and say, 'Hmm let's see how he uses he creativity / Let's see how this works,' etc? There truly is no harm in a little change of atmosphere. This occurs AFTER your judgement and AFTER your posts are complete, so why the hell do you care? At this point it's just a hunk of good writing to read and enjoy.
I ALSO, object to the whole me flying in with items idea. Not horrible, just defeats the purpose. It was, in fact, the item giving that was my secondary purpose, not the battle conclusion.
Finally, for this quote anyways, you act as if I'll be slowly ripping off your fingernails while you sit there writhing in pain. There is truly, and I'm sure I will say this many times more before this post is done, NO BIG DEAL with what I'm doing here. Chill out everyone and just have fun developing your writing. This position is a big part of MY OWN development too. It's not easy to jump in on a fight you haven't been involved in and make a dramatic post. So in that I'm trying to develop my own skills aswell.

Unless you missed it, the judges post their final decision in the Demonia club thread. It is not until AFTER this occurs that I make my own post. Sure, they could copy the post and replace it in the RPB thread, but that would be post-whoring, something that is frowned upon greatly.

*THIS POST WILL BE EDITED! FOR NOW I HAVE A CONCERT TO ATTEND TO!

*cough* SLIM *cough*
What about my question?
Your character?

Wow, an arguement about another previous decision. I know some people dissagree about how Alex runs things, but like Slim said he is the leader. I think going against him at every turn will just make things harder for the entire club. These petty fights about things are only making simple conversations drag on for ages.

My oppinion, just accept whats been done and if you don't like whats going on talk it through with him.

On my own note note though, sounding a little hypocritical. Alex... whats going on with the whole tournament thing, you need to sort the fights out... What if they drag on like some of the others. Are they going to come to an early finish?

Thanks, Aimee.

Slim, to put this lightly I have a very LOW opinion of you right now.

The first quote, you KNEW you were flaming, and yet you still said it.
The second is also obviously flaming, just because you have a different opinion doesnt mean you can insult somebody else.

For my opinion, I also dislike the idea of somebody finishing up a battle and controlling the peoples' characters. Even if you do collaberate for the post, if you do that with the tff pm system it would be a very slow process, second of all, you could write something that can be taken by the person that loses to be rubbing it in their face, the judge's conclusion is all a battle needs. Not all literature needs a conclusion. As for the items, whatever the person gave their character is all the items they want, giving their character useless junk that they'll never use is just needless.

Haha, wow, I do love the way you attacked me right there way after I backed down, Slim. You even brought up some info that was outdated. I wonder if you read all the way through the thread before posting.

And, even though this matter has long since been resolved enough to merely wait for alex to come have a look at it (that would be tomorrow, hopefully) I'll go ahead and address a couple things that you, erm, got wrong.

I never once said it was out of Alex's power, or that he wasn't in the position of power here. I merely stated that these are not Alex's characters/arenas. Therefore, he has no right to give you permission to finish every battle. He only have the right to give you permission to contact the fighters/judges.

Almighty gods, I don't have time for this. That was an opinion, thank you. I'd appriciate if you kept biting comments for facts that you don't agree with.

And it could easily be avoided by monitoring the last post. How insanely hard. O_o Though, it's like you're saying that we let our imaginations get the better of us in a fight. Most of us members know where to draw the line. We aren't idiots.

*sigh*

Of course the judges aren't going to talk about writing style in a battle. That would be hilarious, but it wouldn't make sense. Can't believe I actually have to spell this out... I'm saying, and this should not resemble anyone's character:

"As the battle finished, Teresa stepped once more into the battlefield. Her curly blonde hair caused her to look nothing less than an angel. She stepped up to the two fighters, now exhausted on the ground, and spoke.

'I do believe the winner is Clare.'

The young girl known as Clare stood back up, and her eyes shown silver in the dark lamplight. Teresa grabbed the woman's hand and brought it up over her body, along with her own, in a stance of victory."

Then you'd post. Forgive me for saying, but that doesn't sound like what Toph or Aeif posted. ^^;

Ah. Alright. Don't have to flamebait me about it..I was only stating what was on my mind.

Well, now that that's cleared up, all we have to do is wait for alex to read through the whole thread and inform us on how he wants Slim to do this. And, I do hope he reads through the whole thread, otherwise his decision won't be as....erm....full? Hehe. And, as Aimee said, Alex doesn't need this. He doesn't need members attacking members speaking their mind. I disagreed with your idea. A couple members and I worked through it, purposed alternate ideas, and are now waiting for Alex's descion. Like you said, it is his descion in the end whether to let the idea pass or not.

Ah...moving onto better things...Toph, I thank you immensely for the wonderful comments on our battle. When writing out that random little tidbit, I tried to consciously keep myself from switching tenses. I really hope I didn't too much....hehe. I think that's probably one of the scariest things about my writing. Tense shfts can be really hard to catch, I'm probably doing a ton in this post. But, I'll work very hard, and, hopefully one day I'll be able to eliminate them completely...*gets to work*

Okay. Slim, way to go.

First off. Slim is warned for flaming Xeim. Nice one. You said "It's against the rules so I'll stick with my first statement." Well.. you already called her a moron, which is infact against the rules, so, you can't dodge it no matter what you say, so.. yeah. Warning for you. So that's a total of two, in case you're curious. Careful, slim. They were both this month. If you do anything out of line again, you'll see yourself get banned, yo.

Second, why bring up an argument that has already been resolved? I'm going to go ahead and say it is NOT Alex's decision whatsoever. It is his decision to approve of your idea, but not his complete decision to control other people's characters. It seems you have some things mixed up, Slim.

Yes, Alex is the leader.. but he's not here right now. He's here tomorrow. So for today, I'm in charge. I'm the leader. >_>; And I say it is not mine, nor Aerif's, nor DH's, nor Alex's decision of what you can do with people's characters. Because you know what? They aren't Alex's characters to begin with, so he has no position to give you the right to do what you're doing.

Though honestly, with Alex's grading thing, I don't even know where the hell Xeim and Darkwolf go.

And oh yea, Dark's right. Why give items to people when they're not even going to be used? It's pointless and a waste of time.

And I already had an ending in mine for my arena anyway. Since, you know.. it's my arena. >_>

After this post, the topic is done. Period. I want no more posts about Slim's idea or anything of the sort. Let's think of something new, shall we?

How about you answer Aimee's question, Slim? =P

Edit: Now that I think about it, if you want to improve your writing or whatever, Slim, that's fine. But I'm not sure you really need to do any finishings for that, do you? Just write stories or do RPBs or something like that. *shrug*

I apologize for my absence, RL got fairly busy for a bit there. Mostly covering shifts because our part timers suck and call out just because they don't feel like working. -_- Blah. Then on top of that I had to go get my car looked at...both my brake and gas lines are corroded. If I don't get em replaced soon I may end up driving with no brakes or something. So yeah...lots of crap.

I'll be catching up on everything for most of this morning I imagine but I'll try to get a post for the training match first.

~DragonHeart~

Edit: Well, that didn't take long. I knew what I was going to do, just hadn't had the chance to type it up till today. If anyone would like to offer opinions on the training battle feel free.
