Lost on FF for PSP

I was really excited when I first got the FF for psp (I also got the guide) but I am completely lost and confused! I'm suppose to go to the marsh cave and I cannot find it anywhere (and those every-5 seconds-random battles are not helping) Is there a map available (It's hard for me to find all the places (the guide does not help) please help!

Marsh Cave? Go west from Elfheim, into the forest surrounded by mountains. Continue west/northwest til you see a small opening thru the mountain range. You'll end up by the coastline, so follow it south. If you see a hole in the ground, happy hunting in the Marsh Cave. Hope your levels are high enough. Watch out for the Piscodemons.

if you click o and then select simoltanisly the world map will come up

the map can be accessed by pressing and holding circle then pressing select

as for the marsh cave its loacated south of earthdrift cave i believe i havent been in it in so long cant say for sure (yay for me i beat it again)
