BioWare making Sonic RPG for the DS

The news are a couple of days old now, but since noone else has posted the news, I thought I'd do it:

To these ears this sounds absolutely great. For quite a while I have been considering whether I should get a DS or a PSP, but now I have an ice blue DS on the way in the mail hehe.

That is really great news. A Sonic RPG would be great. Both me & my bro love Sonic games, even if the last good one was Sonic Battle ( )

Anyhow, i can't wait to learn more about it. Another good reason to take care of my DS. Wooohoo!!!

Looks like I now have to get a PSP and DS this year. So many good games are coming out on both platforms, but Sonic is definitely one I'll get for sure. Its gonna be interesting to see it as and RPG though. In a way I can see it becoming a success, but we'll see.

Well in many ways it is similar to when Nintendo had Squaresoft make the Mario RPG. A very talented RPG developer taking a well known franchise into a new genre. The Mario RPG and with BioWare in charge I am confident that the Sonic RPG will be great as well

Looks like the SatAm/Archie comics fans get burned again. I keep hoping that someone would do a story including Sally, Julie-Su and the other SA/AC fans keep hoping for it as well.

Ack. It should be really good though. Can Bioware do any wrong? Anything they touch turns to gold! ^__^

Wow, that's something I didn't expect. That's such an great idea and I can't wait to see this game. I'm so glad that I own a Nintendo DS now lol otherwise I wouldn't be happy. I wonder how the game is going to be set out and such, I'm looking forward to some screen shots!

I loved the old Sonic games for the Mega Drive from when I was a kid, they were so much fun. I still play them nowadays whenever I feel like it, they're addictive.
