He means EB games. They are exactly like Gamestop. As a matter of fact I think they merged with gamestop? Anyway they sell the exact same games. Yes the games are pretty rare. I know you said your computer is to old but the think the internet is pretty much the only way to go.

Unless Gamestop or EB games will get one for you. If not you are pretty much out of luck, unless there is some secret place I don't know about.

There's a new gamestop in town, but I've never seen an EB games store...

Anyways, to get back on topic, am I the only one who's obsessed with getting really high level armor and weapons?

I also like getting high level weapons, but what I really like to collect are the rare weapons and armor. They are awesome. Also it really isn't that hard to get high level weapons if you are at the end of the game because then all you have to do is data drain the strong enemies.

That worked very well for me.

I remember I pulled an all nighter going from dungeon to dungeon looking for the highest level and rarest items I could find. and then trading with people for better ones

You could get special weapons and armor and things to trade for rare stuff with certain Keywords. Objects like the Ice Bar or something like that were hard to come by without those words.

I think some were in the DVDs with the games, and others you needed someone to translate from Japan.

I checked GameFAQs for them myself.

I don't think there are any in the new DotHack GU games, though.

I got GU Vol 2 last week. The gameplay is slightly different, and the voiceovers are redone. A lot of stuff happens. It also includes the first episode of DotHack Roots. It's an anime of all the events from Haseo's first time playing until I think Shino's Coma.

Also, The 3 Decendants of Feanna are all back, (although TriEdge/Kite is in a Coffin. Balmung and Orca, but I don't think they're enemies, cuz they destroy Aida spans.

And Haseo's avatar evolves to it's level 2 when he reaches his level 3.

I saw a few episodes of .hack// ROOTS once. It was on Cartoon Network really early in the morning. It was interesting, but I didn't really understand it because it was a later episode. It made me angry because I wanted to watch it more, but then they took it off a few weeks later.

Damn, I never even got to see it, other then the first episode on GU Vol. 2.

I guess I'll just have to buy the box set when I can find it.

Maybe Cartoon Network has it on their website? Is it on YouTube? I'd like to find out before I spend even more money, cuz now I'm broke.

I liked .hack! I wish I could play the other 3, but I only own the first one. The first one I played was the second one, but I rented it from a video game store, so I had to bring it back. It's good though, you'll like it.

We are kind of getting off subject with the anime, but I think the Cartoon Network is still showing it on Saturday mornings. They are probably on a further episode though... I looked on Youtube and they have some episodes. So you can check there for some. I don't think it would be on the Cartoon Network site, but I haven't checked.

The anime and games ties together the storyline, so you'll need to watch and play them all to fully understand what the hell's going on. I was lost myself in the anime, until I watch the first .hack//sign episode. The same goes for the games..., well the series at least. It's really a pain to start on one of the later games in a set, like starting with Outbreak, and never really knowing what happened or what to do.

I'd say that's the only flaw with the whole series.

Does anybody know if they're gonna bring .hack//Fragment to the US, or any other country for that matter?

If not, then how about the "World" itself?

It would really kick ass if they create the visors for it too.
