Hello All -

It's probably been over a few months since I have posted in the forums, and I hate myself for it... Life has finally caught up to me and I have been busy. Some of the senior staff has seen me disappear before over the years... I guess I am just a mysterious guy.

I hope to find more time to manage, clean, update TFF shortly (I know... it needs it). I'm so thankful to have a great Forum staff to help moderate and keep things nice and tidy. You guys rock.

I figured, today being my birthday, it would be a good day to drop-in and see what was going on? How is everyone doing??!! Although I haven't been online, I"m still thinking of TFF a lot. Anyways, just wanted to give a shout-out to everyone and confirm that I am still living

Happy Birthday! It's great to hear from you again! Well, I myself have been pretty busy with real life lately but been catching up with old TFF friends who suddenly popped out like mushrooms out of nowhere lately.

So yeah, it's nice to hear that you're doing okay. And enjoy your birthday. I wish you all the best.

Forum has been good for the last months, little downtime if any at all, as I recall it had problems before with lag and downtime. But works as many Guinnesses on a friday night now

Well the only minor issue I know is that in the evening my time it gets quite slow however only NZ and Aussie are really awake at that time so my guess is it is server updates or something.

It's good to hear from you again.

Considering that I was having an on-and-off relationship with TFF, it's nice to be able to see you post again, haha. Life seems to be treating you really well though, which is great! And of course...Happy Birthday! I wonder how old you are now...It's been almost 6 years since I've joined, and you were...You must have been in your late teens, haha. But even then, you weren't around as much! I only had stories to go on from the "vets", and some appearances here and there.

It's been different within the past few years of course, but it's good to see you haven't truly disappeared even when your life started to really, really move again. So...

Thanks guys for the warm welcomes! Seems like everyone is still kickin' it, which is great.

I hope to linger around a bit more often. I graduate this May (finally), so you can imagine the load off of my back then.

I monitor the server everyday still and I have a few programs that e-mail me alerts if there is any downtime. I think I finally have it a very stable state, especially since you guys haven't experienced any serious downtime as of late.

S - I turned the big 23... scary huh? so I guess that makes me 15 when I started this puppy up... wow, where has the time gone?? seriously??? haha.

That sounds about right...Was this counting pre-TFF? When you were co-hosting, I think? That goes really far back...Maybe 2-4 years before I joined, haha. Which is pretty close to your 15-year-old figure. Time really does fly...And I can barely remember the half of my 6-year stay, much less near a decade. Hopefully there'll be more good years.

Luckily we're all still young!

This always ends with a downpour of nostalgia, haha.

Well, if you look at pre-TFF domain registration, it would be a decade -- the site's been around since 1997 as I recall.

Anywho, happy birthday since it's officially Wednesday and whatnot! I guess I should visit the birthday thread, heh.

So, think you can manage a couple posts per month these days, or are you really that freaking swamped?

Yeah, you were doing pretty good a few months back about being around a lot. Which was awesome, since for like the first 2/3 years I had no idea who you were. Like S and probably a lot of the staff, we just knew you existed, possibly only in an abstract conceptual form. ^^;

I don't know how many PMs I have in your inbox. I probably sent a couple, but it was a nice surprise to wake up from my nap on the floor to have a PM from you. I think I also sent you an email at your TFF account. Though I don't know if you check that.

Which means he was 13 when he started this place. How the heck do you do that? You gotta be a pretty mature 13 year old to run a successful website/forum, eh? It's like a business. El Fuzz. You are indeed deserving of praise this day, to make up for all the other days that we don't see you and for those that don't know or don't remember that you keep this thing in check. Kudos, my mate, kudos.

And good luck with your last college year. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you're taking some sort of programming course. You webmasters never like the Arts.
