Hey again, So the first one came to a end, this one will take place a week after Resitch heard the news, and the Murder of the Instructor. The SeeD exam will be in 2 days (Rp time). Thats mainly it, any questions just asked.

Oh yeah, New comers are allowed but you have to read the first rp first. Our if you want you can read Storms last post, it pretty much sums it up though, you may still be lost.

Name: Lukas Meighan

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Weapon: Echidna gloves. These gloves are made of a red leather, lightly padded for comfort, fingerless from mid-finger to tip. On the knuckle is a bar of stainless metal with small backwards-facing spines, givig the glove their name.

Magic: Fira, Blizzara, Thundara, Scan, Water, Haste

Appearance: Scruffy red hair with a long fringe. His eyes are a bright blue. He is 6'2'' tall, and of slender-yet-muscular physique. Asside from his Balamb Uniform, he wears dirty-blue coloured jeans with a black and blue leviathan t-shirt, though this may vary daily. The clothes he wears in combat classes are a white vest and red martial arts trousers.

History: Lukas has grown up in Balamb all his life, joining garden at the age of 12. He was home educated, and decided to go to Garden to experience life outside the nest, and incase of the chance that he is put in the position to have to fight. He loves the outdoors and is a peaceful person, often finding himself reading or painting in his spare time. He is as well-known as a frequent libary user as is his voracious appatite at the cafeteria (though luckily countered by a rapid metabolism). His battle tactics are those of clever, fast-paced tactical fighting, using mainly martial arts skills but uses magic when appropriate.

He was often found alone, but now he relishes the fact that he has close friends, who he met over various happenings in Balamb Garden. He tries to help peopel through their problems, though sometimes feels helpless in the fact that he can't always seem to help them. Loyalty has taken an even more important role of his life recently. He will do anything to protect those around him, even if it involves himself getting into trouble, like it has done previously on various excursions with Resitch. His placid nature occasionally bursts if anybody threatens the security of his allies, his firey anger is quick to brew even though a furious Lukas is a rare sight.

Name: Resitch Vance

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Weapon: Long sword named Rune strenght, its handle is made of strong steel and its blade is crystal and is everlasting, meaning it can't break.

Magic: Thundara, Fira, Cura, Haste, Float, Aero

Appearance: He has short black hair which is sort of messy and grows extremly quickly. His eyes are hazel. Wears the average Balamb student uniform, when he is out of school he wears a white T-shirt and blue jeans. Over his shirt he wears a Black jacket.

Personality: Friendly to those he wants to be firendly with, but to those he has a dislike for he will have a grudge against them and try bring them down with insults, though this always dosen't work.

Bio: He grew up in Timber and admired the strenght of the Resistance force which Seifer Almassy led. He trained since he was 12 years old for 2 years and finnaly after killing a galbadian soldier after certain incidents he was moved to Balamb for his own protection where he was giving entrance from Rinoa Heartilly, against Squall's will who thinks Resitch wasn't ready for war and was a danger for the school's welfare.

Resitch fled back to timber where he met up with Claire, his childhood friend who he had saved from the Galbadian forces and caused him to go into hiding. Resitch made a promise he would never leave her again but, sadly he broke his promise and Returned to Balamb Garden leaving Claire with his former friend Donnie. As he returned to Balamb the group he was with met Noelle, a student Squall sent to return to Balamb. They got back and Resitch was suspended for a day.

In anger Resitch along with Lukas went to the Fire Cavern in search of a Gf, mistakingly Resitch released Ifrit into the world. He then took his SeeD written test and after a party was set up. After the party Resitch went in search of Ifrit to return him to the Fire cavern, though was caught by Squall and was informed that Seifer, Raijin and Fujin along with Donnie and Claire, had all been killed that morning.

[Acheron]

Name: Noelle Verseau
Codename: Ragdoll (due to C.I.P.A, a condition found in childhood where the person's nerves are mixed around, resulting that the person will not be able to feel pain)
Age: 18
Gender: Female

Weapon: Hindsight (A Silver chakram designed by her father. About as large as Fujin's was, a black circle on the inner part of the wheel, all points razor sharp. Though used mostly as a long range weapon, she's able to use it defensively in close quarters combat but not to a comfortable extent yet.)

Magic: Curaga, Esuna, Fira, Blizzaga, Holy and Shell

Appearance: 5'11, Strawberry blonde hair with light green eyes, along with some freckles on her nose and cheeks. A cute looking girl with an athletic body. Despite having a nice body she doesn't show if off much, due to the burns and scars on her back. As far as her actual outfit, it would be described during the RP.

History: Daughter of Henry Verseau and Elizabeth Verseau, the first being a top official in the Galbaldian Military. She was a very social girl in her early years and knew everything of the good life because of her father's position in the Military. Despite living the good life she was very humble and had many friends from different social status's. Growing up though she had to deal with the stigma of people believing all Galbaldian's were war mongers, she was just a child. She lived a normal childhood till age 10 when she was kidnapped away from her parents by SeeD, though no offical group ever took responsiblity. The rogue unit tortured her for information on her father and his secret workings, she told them nothing during the three months they had her. When she was returned, it was a year later that she started training with Fujin, whom her father had met during the time of Edea. It was Fujin who taught her how to use the same weapon as her, (chakram) and helped her along with magic's, though Noelle posses a natural ablilty to excel with magic. She was accepted into Balamb Garden awhile back and during the attack on the Garden, she was on her way back from Fisherman's Horizon. Despite her family and history, nobody has ever doubted Noelle's intentions...

Until Squall sent her to Timber to assist in the removal of Resitch and his friends from Timber, then to get them back to Balamb Garden which Noelle suceeded in doing. Once at Dollet, she was in a fight with Selenia after she overheard Noelle taking to someone on the phone. That someone was Eyes, the handler of Symphony, an elite secret unit of the G-Army that's four members strong with unique skills. This unit runs with the goal of making Project Aeterna possible, a project that was started in order to find a new Sorceress or someone with the ability to control all GF's, in order to meld them into one divine being. Noelle's the top candidate for that being and as soon as the field exam is over, she plans on detonating the explosives she placed in the Garden and assuming her role with her unit. She is also the killer of Instructor Grant Dotson.

Name: Andrew Roarke
Codename: Ghostwriter (due to his ablility to turn invisible and stealth assignments)
Age: 26
Gender: Male

Weapon(s): Romance - A black pile bunker that he wears on his left forearm; Juliet - A silver electromagnetic rod, extendable and very sturdy. Keeps on his right side.

Magic: Protect, Life, Meltdown and Dispel

Appearance: 6'1, 220lbs, the build of a soldier who constatly stays in shape by running and working out. Short black hair, light green eyes, fair colored skin. No scars or markings of great importance besides a few freckles on his body and such, no burns. Wears a black business suit, along with a white button up shirt and very expensive looking dress shoes. While he's a sharp dresser that by no means has any bearing on his willingness to get dirty in the heat of battle.

History: Andrew was born to a single mother who gave him up for adoption when he was only two months old. He had been placed into state homes due to not being able to mesh with any of the foster parents. He eventually caught the eye of General Henry Verseau when he was taking a tour of the state run homes who pushed for the boy of only eight years old to be released into his custody. Verseau raised the boy along with his daughter Noelle until Andrew was twelve and then he was enrolled in the military academy for younger boys. He of course did well in the Academy, very eager to prove that he was worth the attention that he had been given. Once he was passed through and did boot camp, he was assigned to guarding an ore mine in Esthar, it was something of a boring job but Verseau thought it might come under fire. It did eventually come under attack and once it did, Andrew was knocked into an ore pit and wasn't able to get out for two days. The ore's screwed around with his biological makeup, which has allowed himself to become invisible on command. Andrew was the second person chosen for Symphony and is considered to be the second in command, has extreme love for Noelle and would give his life to defend her. He'll follow her into hell but sometimes will try to convince her into safer actions even though she makes mostly rational choices. Noelle is the most powerful member of Symphony overall due to her mastery of magic but Ghostwriter is assumed to be the second strongest, not too far behind his leader.

Name: P.D Carroll
Codename: Arsenal (due to his proficiency with various weapons, explosives and ways of destruction)
Age: 39
Gender: Male

Weapon(s): Bane - Twin battle-axes that he keeps strapped on his back, both are a little taller than five feet. Steel colored, a few blood stains on both of the blades ; Uses other weapons at various points, makes his codename from being very creative in the field of battle.

Magic: Regen, Bio and Blind

Appearance: 6'4, 240lbs, a very solid build from working out whenever the chance presents itself. Has a few scars on his chest, a stab wound on his left side too. Light brown hair that he keeps in a fairly small mohawk, with buzz cut length hair on both sides of the mohawk. Wears a pair of beige shorts and a dark blue long sleeve, made very much in the veign of under armour. Has a necklace that he wears too, along with a pocket watch that he always keeps on his person, never wanting to be late.

History: An Estharian terrorist who had been in prison twenty years ago after being caught by Inspector Nathan Preston and being charged for his crimes. Carroll was then granted a temporary release by the Galbaldian government to assist in finding the attackers of a village called Tinlilly. Though he had plenty of altercations with Preston along the way, P.D did what was asked of him for once. He came from a decent family in Esthar and had spent time in it's military before he became consumed with the idea of becoming a terrorist. P.D joined up with Symphony when he was pulled out of "retirement" by Henry Verseau due to the brutal nature of his fighting style. He respects Noelle's command for the most part and is always looking for a new challenge when it comes to fighting. Loves to read and does that when he's not training. Uses status magic more than anything. Is usually teamed up with Whisper.

Name: Sierra Bowen
Codename: Whisper (due to her ablility to speak to others minds, her ESP and elevated thoughts)
Age: 10
Gender: Female

Weapon: None, carries around a stuffed bunny that she calls "Mr. Fluffy", many believe that there's a weapon hidden inside but that's not the case, it's really just a stuffed bunny.

Magic: Flare, Quake, Tornado and Curaga

Appearance: 4'3, average weight for a little girl. Dirty blonde hair that goes a little past her shoulders, wears a knit cap on her head with two fake cat ears on top. Dark blue eyes, a couple freckles on her cheeks and nose. Her attire usually changes, mostly wears a black sweater with a skirt but it's really depending on what she's going to do for the day. Has one earing in both ears, they are of snowflakes.

History: Born to Galbaldian scientist parents, both invested thier careers in finding the cures for the viruses that still remain in the world. While they tried to be good parents it was hard with spending so much time in the office and doing fieldwork. Sierra was mostly raised by day care workers and co-workers of her parents who felt bad that nobody spent too much time with her. She displayed above average talent with magic, so much so that she was slated to be the template for Project Aeterna though both of her parents stepped in to prevent that. She's always been a very sweet girl who loves to read, tinker around with machines and play with animals. While she is a member of Symphony, she does not engage in physical combat and relies on her mental powers to talk her opponents out of fighting. Normally she doesn't face many opponents due to people lacking the will to attack a little girl, them not seeing her as a serious threat or P.D protecting her. Most of the times she'll follow Noelle's orders but is more loyal to herself than anyone else as she's at a pretty willfull age.

[Fehrant]

Name: Selenia Valgarn.
Age: 17.
Gender: Female.

Weapon: Two katanas engraved with runes that allow magic to be treated like a physical force. That is, a fireball can be hit with the katana just as if it were a ball of any material.

Magic: None.

Appearance: Long black hair tied up in a pony tail. A blue eye, and a grey eye (UPDATE: revealed during the first chapter to be the cause of having her magic sealed at birth). Usually wears black pants, black boots, a white tank top, a pair of belts to hold her katanas, and a black trenchcoat. Often wears sunglasses. The manner in which she carries herself looks somewhat aloof, yet on a closer look she looks like she's ready to fight anytime. She gives the impression that when she's around, things are not going to be calm, often summed up as, "she looks like trouble".

History: Joined the school to become a SeeD not because of what it meant by itself, but rather because she knew eventually she was going to fight strong foes. She has been called up by her teachers many a time for disciplinary measures. Her classmates talk behind her back, but avoid her altogether since they are aware she is trouble. In fact, she's got a reputation for being wild, and is well known by the staff and any member of the alumni that cares for rumors.

She skips magic classes, but doesn't skip any class concerning melee combat, even though no one wants to be her opponent. Also been reprimanded many a time for smoking indoors, not wearing the uniform properly, or not bothering to use the uniform at all, quarreling with her faculty members, skipping events, among other matters.

Despite this, the faculty sees great potential in her fighting abilities and has avoided any drastic measures such as expulsion.

[UPDATED HISTORY] Selenia is one of the survivors of the attack that took place in the garden. She also was asked by Squall to protect Resitch when he escaped the garden to go to his hometown. It was then when she met Lukas, Sakuya, and Noelle. She doesn't know them much, nor has any interest in doing so. She punched Resitch once out of anger, and they now share a relationship of bitterness with one another. She also attacked Noelle upon the belief that she was a spy.

Selenia's past has slowly unfolded, though unbeknownst to the other characters, revealing her purpose was to kill his brother for an act he has committed which is not yet been clarified. This happened at the age of twelve, and resulted in getting Selenia, and his brother banned out of the Valgarn clan. Another important character of her past showed himself during her stay in Resitch's hometown, which appears to have been her childhood friend who left the clan when Selenia's brother was exiled. During their brief talk, Selenia showed a new side of her, filled with grief and sadness, and her mind is often troubled with thoughts of him.

The Valgarn clan has two main customs. The first one is having a child's magic sealed during birth, believed to be a punishment for years past. This gives the clan member their distinctive gray eye. The second is a magical tattoo that grants the bearer more fighting power, but prolonged use of this technique makes the wearer of the tattoo bleed. In order to use the tattoo, a qualified mage selected by the clan needs to unseal it, during a ritual that takes place when a child turns 17. Since Selenia was exiled before this, her tattoo still remains sealed. Recently, however, upon receiving a letter from his grandfather, he offered her to go to a mage's house who would release the power of her tattoo.

Name: Seth Valgarn, although he is known to others as "Dakkon" (self-imposed name).
Age: 22.
Gender: Male.

Weapon: Selenia took her fighting style from Dakkon. Dakkon uses two katanas that are able to deflect magic as well.

Magic: None.

Appearance: Dakkon is taller than Selenia. He build is average, and doesn't look like a person who would rely on sheer strength. Mostly he is wearing sunglasses, something that he does because of his dislike for his own clan. He wears a one-piece black leather suit covering his body entirely up to his neck, and black boots. A thin belt holds his two katanas. His skin, and hair are identical in aspect to that of Selenia, although Dakkon has it loose, and shoulder-length.

Dakkon gives nothing but bad vibes about him to those who don't know him, as if he's a very dangerous person which couldn't be far from the truth.

History: Seth at the age of 17, as it was accustomed by the Valgarn clan, took part of a ritual in which he found out the truths of the clan, as well as having his tattoo unlocked. The truth did not agree with him, and he felt betrayed by his own ancestors and parents. In a fit of anger, Seth killed his parents, and left the clan with Selenia's childhood friend who came at his own volition. After that he took that name of Dakkon, and formed a group of elite warriors, total of 6 in number, known as the Corpse Ravens. Corpse Ravens is an infamous group with no actual purpose, although available for hire, other than breaking havok and gaining power. At the moment they were employed by Verseau for the sake of finding the GFs.

Dakkon is a very skillful warrior, even within a clan of fighters like Valgarn. He is believed to be the strongest among Corpse Ravens.

Name: Vann Valgarn.
Age: 17.
Gender: Male.

Weapon: Vann also takes under Dakkon's fighting style.

Magic: None.

Appearance: Vann has blonde hair, a blue eye, and a green eye. He wears a simple pair of jeans, and a white shirt, and a short leather jacket. Unlike Dakkon, he looks like a cheerful boy, ready to smile and live a healthy life. When he looks at Dakkon his eyes change, impassive, but most of the time he looks calm.

History: Vann was Selenia's childhood friend. They shared experiences together, and known each other since they were born. They both admired Seth back then, and sought to become as strong as him. When Seth killed his parents, Vann for reasons unknown to everyone except him decided to travel with Seth. He is now a member of the Corpse Ravens, his skills sharpened like the rest of the group.

Name: Kitere Mayimasha

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Weapon: Ratyr, an oddly shaped sword curved enough to resemble a thin war scythe.

Magic: Cure, and protect.

Appearance: Kitere has dark brown hair that reaches near past his shoulders. He has light brown eyes and is usually seen in his Balamb uniform, but otherwise wears a dark, long sleeve shirt with black trousers.

History: He lived with his grandparents most of his childhood in Winhill, then joined in Balamb Garden at the age of 13, after severely wounding one of his peers in a fight. He quickly saught out to become a SeeD when he first came although this goal seems to have faded away as he grew. Kitere does not have many friends at the Garden, considering he left most of them back in Winhill. He is regularly skilled with magic, but does not use it often as he prefers physical combat. Over the years, he has become less and less social with students, and can do things before thinking the situation through thoroughly. Kitere can usually be seen taking a walk around the garden.

While the school recovered from the recent attack that killed many of the students, instructors, and SeeDs, he found of Laguna Loire's death. Kitere traveled to Esthar, where he went to Laguna's funeral. There, however, the same group that had attacked Balamb Garden invaded the funeral, killing several of the participants, as well as Ellone. Kitere luckily survived and returned to Balamb immediately after the incident, where classes would start at garden shortly.

On the day of the written exam, he overheard Resitch and Lukas's conversation of a GF being in Balamb, and that they were going to find it. He followed them in curiosity and ended up inside the Fire Cavern, in which the GF was Ifrit. While Resitch and Lukas talked with the Ifrit, the GF sniffed Kitere, and mistook it as a plan to capture him. Ifrit escaped, revealing Kitere to Resitch and Lukas. Kitere and Resitch had a minor conflict, but headed back without any violence. The three separated shortly afterwards, but Kitere was confronted by Lukas after the exam at the costume party. He has yet to either of them again.

Wahhh!! Gosh... I hated being sick... Well I'm back now and ready for the next part of the RP. Sorry I always seemed to lag behind in the last one... I'll make sure to give 210 percent!! ^_^

Name: Sakuya Tetsuri

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Weapon: A slender gunblade with a black and silver handle. It has a moon and a star engraved into the blade. She calls it Artimis.

Magic: Cure, Scan, Blizzera, Fire, Water

Appearance: She has wavy, shoulder lenth black hair. Her normal outfit is a pair of black leather pants with a black polyester top. It has one long sleeve on her left arm, the other side has no sleeve at all. She has hazel/blue eyes, the blue being the majority. She also wears a couple of black and silver braclets on her wrists and a pair of black shoes to finish her outfit.

History: Sakuya grew up in Balamb with her adoptive parents. As a child she was the same as any other, except that she had a tendancy to want to go outside and throw rocks at the monsters wandering around outside the city. As she grew older she only became more fascinated with fighting and what went on outside Balamb. She even found herself reading about the Timber Owls and other movements in the news. Eventually her parents enrolled her in Balamb Garden after her many requests. They gave her the weapon she has now as a gift. She visits occasionally on weekends though she stays in the dormitory.

UPDATES:
Sakuya found herself among the survivors during the attack on Balamb Garden out of sheer dumb luck. She was one of the first to assist in the helping of cleaning up the Garden and had been cleaning the Library when she'd found an older edition on GF's. She'd found the dates in the book interesting and had started reading while walking down the hallway when she'd been heading towards her dorm.

She'd bumped into Restich and Lukas, and after apologizing she ended up following them and Selenia, who had joined later, to Balamb. She had no reasons to join them in whatever they were doing, yet Lukas made her feel welcome by talking to her when she got on the train.

After the train ride she enjoyed another ride that wasn't so smooth. She followed the group they made as they went through Timber. She didn't falter when their plans changed or took unexpected turns, but followed Restich, Lukas and Selenia all through the chaos that seemed to come at them in Timber.

After rough exchanges, meetings and good-byes with some of Restich's old friends they finally headed to Dollet to leave Timber. but not without another troublle popping out at them. Getting past that and getting out of Timber also earned them another ally, Noelle, who had been sent after Restich.

They got back to Balamb and classes started up again. After a talk with Headmaster Squall, Sakuya was giddy for the upcoming exams that she would now be taking. But she was also giddy about the Costume Dance that was being held after words. She didn't go with an actual costume, as most had, but more of a themed and out of her style type outfit. When she'd told her mother about it she had given Sakuya a dress and insisted she wear it. She did, even after mumbling about it as she left her Dorm that night. She ended up having a great time, despite her outfit, and spent most if not all of the Dance with Lukas. The past week, she's been training and going about classes as normal, often caught daydreaming though by her instructors during the long speeches. She hasn't really interacted with anyone since the Dance.

The SeeD exam will take place in Centra, I think I gave a location wrong to Acheron....I'm not sure..., But It will be with those Imperials who attacked the Garden, Kind of Like putting a Para-military group out of action.

Resitch, mate, although I'm sure Acheron will inform you on this, you might want to edit the part about Ghostwriter in your post, because he was invisible (at least from what I gathered from his post).
