Erm, those of you playing FFIII and already done with Hein and Kraken, I wanna ask something. I not really sure if my party is ready to face them. Can anyone check and give some advice. My party: Luneth Level: 21 Job/Level: Scholar Lv17 Arc Level: 21 Job/Level: Thief Lv44 Refia Level: 21 Job/Level: Geomancer Lv14 Ingus Level: 21 Job/Level: Knight Lv10 I know scholar only useful for Hein. Before Kraken I'm thinking of reverting it back to red Mage. But I got Zeus Wrath and using the item cloning glitch, can actually be useful for scholar to keep throwing it at Kraken. So should I change? And are my lvls good enough to face Hein, and what's the good lvl to be and jobs to use at for Kraken? Thanks in advance. ![]() Last edited by Kibamaru; 02-27-2007 at 01:55 AM.

| | Er... I don't think you should cheat... Anyway, that's a good party, keep it like that, but get a white mage or red mage instead of your scholar after Hein.

126 | Sounds like a great group, i think you should be pretty good. I admit tht i used the item glitch, guilty as charged (i think i said this before) some times you just wanna have some fun, and not turn a game into work lol. Between working, and college i have no time to farm, and grind lol.

| | OK thanks. Hein didn't even used Barrier Shift once when I defeated him with pure physical hits and bits of magic. Much pathetic than I thought. Kraken was the one I had trouble with. My chars where all at lvl24 when I finally roasted that squid. But what made my day was really the incredible graphics when I landed on Earth for the first time. Never knew DS was capable of such visual effects. Or maybe it wasn't the DS, it was Square Enix's FF3DS staff. | ||||||||

BUMP Sorry for double posting but I got a new question and mine as well post here rather than making 1 new thread per question. I'm done with the whole Sorania arc and moving on. I'm thinking of making my party now consist of: 1 Dragoon (Ingus) No problem with this. Double Wind Spears for now has proven to be very good. 1 Dark Knight/Thief (Arc) Later mons seem to be weak against Dark Blade, so I thought Dark Knight should be good to have. But my Thief is currently the highest lvl so far (JbLvl61) and it's quite speedy. 1 Red/Black Mage (Luneth) Red Mage: Better melee weapons. Up to lvl5 spells. Black Mage: Lousier weapons, but up to lvl 7 black spells. 1 Geomancer/Monk (Refia) Monk has better strength, but Geomancer's Terrain is an uber awesome ability. So can anyone who have advanced further already tell me which alternatives I should pick?
