Branches of the secret organization Cronos have resprouted around the world from the damaged caused by the "out of control" Guyver Units(Bio-Boosted Armor weapons) 1-3. With president and founder, Archanfel dead, Cronos is operating by shadow puppetry. What's more, UFO sightings have spiked across the globe. Rumors are spreading that more Zoacrystals and Guyver units have been found. More Zoanoids(Genetically engineered monsters with unnatural powers) are spreading

Who is manipulating Cronos? Is Archanfel truly dead? Is it someone knew?
The twelve branches of the Cronos Corporations are:

Ok I've looked up the Guyvers and the Zoanoids and I think I understand some bits. It looks very interesting and I will certainly post my bio but firstly I would like to ask a few questions . . .

(I am looking to be a Guyver btw)

1: Are Guyvers aliens/machines/humans etc . . . what exactly are they ?
2: Are they generally loyal to cronos ?
3: Is cronos considered good or evil ?
4: Are Zoanoids with Guyvers or are they against them ?
5: What exactly is the plot ?

1: Are Guyvers aliens/machines/humans etc . . . what exactly are they
Guyvers, themselves, are symbiotic organisms which were designed to attach to humans, creating a fused organism that is an elite warrior.
This human is shrouded in virtually indestructable armour and given new senses, powers, physical strength, speed and weapons.

The weapons themselves are categorized thusly:

Vibration Globe - two orbs at the Guyver's mouth that produce highly destructive sound waves known as the "Sonic Buster".
The Mega-Smasher (胸部粒子砲) - Two high-power particle cannons contained beneath the Guyver's chest armor. It should be noted that the Mega-Smasher is considered, in Guyver canon, to be the most powerful particle beam weapon in existence on Earth. It has been shown heavily gouging Mount Minakami, as proof of its raw power. In Bioboosted Armor Guyver, the Mega-Smasher is shown to require a significant amount of time to recharge after being fired.
Head Beam - A multi-directional laser mounted just above the control metal on the Guyver's head. Lisker in the 2005 series says it utilizes excess body heat.
High Frequency Swords (高周波ソード) - blades that extend from the Guyver's forearms. These blades vibrate at an extremely high frequency allowing them to cut through almost any material with ease.) Also known as Sonic Swords (see vibroblade).
Gravity Control Orb/Controller (重力制御球) - The purpose of the gravity Controller is to siphon gravitational energy from a higher dimension. Two main uses include giving the Guyver the ability to fly and to unleash destructive gravity waves in the form of a directed "Gravity Cannon" also known as the "Pressure Cannon" (重圧砲). It could also be used to block attacks like a small temporary shield.

The human may call the Guyver to fuse with him at anytime, simply by calling out the name "Guyver." The Guyver is fuelled by the energy of the host (I.E. food, rest and drink are necessary to use the guyver for best results)

The Guyver is nearly immortal. If the body either of the human bound to it or the guyver itself is destroyed...the shiny metal orb in the head of the guyver (Control Metal) will clone the original host. The ONLY WAY TO KILL A GUYVER IS TO OBLITERATE THE CONTROL METAL.



2: Are they generally loyal to cronos ?
In the past...No. (Only one Guyver was known to be loyal to Cronos and he was killed)
That is not to say that new Guyver units cannot be loyal to Cronos. They are powerful enough to choose to be loyal to whomever they want to be.

3: Is cronos considered good or evil ?
Cronos is a MASSIVE corporation who's ultimate goal is domination of the planet and beyond. They are NOT good guys, by any means... Cronos manufactures and genetically engineers all of the Zoanoids.

4: Are Zoanoids with Guyvers or are they against them ?
They are with Cronos and generally speaking, against the Guyvers. Many Zoanoids have rebelled against Cronos and become lone wolves.

Zoanoids are genetically engineered freaks with bizarre powers. They appear as normal humans but can transform into their Zoanoid form at will. If they are killed their bodies will dissolve.



5: What exactly is the plot ?
Do you mean of the series or this RP?
The plot of the series is simply this:

Mankind was a creation of an old race of beings (The original Zoanoids). Mankind was engineered to fight as soldiers and Guyvers were engineered to be their weapons.

That was a long time ago and that race of beings are all gone. All that is left is an evil corporation that discovered the ability to create Zoanoids. They have infiltrated every single outlet. They own the police in every country, the media, the politicians, even some of the world's religions. They were trying to secure their takeover when a ship crashed on Earth. It contained three Guyver units.

One unit was activated by a man from Cronos, one was activated by a schoolboy, and finally another was activated by the son of a Cronos CEO.

Cronos attacked the boy trying to recover the unit. The boy resisted and a war began between an entire organization of monsters and a boy in a Guyver suit.



Our Plot is this:


All of the characters from the original series are eliminated. But the Cronos Org. is still active and we must discover who is behind it and try to stop it if we can...

Or if you are on Cronos' side then your mission is world domination.


I'm not saying that one side will win and the other will lose. Cronos might win in the RP. It depends on the members, how they align, who they fight for, and who is strongest.

Not every Zoanoid is unique! There are some types of Zoanoids that are more common than others! Every Zoanoid is refered to by it's type. The above HyperZoanoid(Rare and powerful Zoanoid) is a type called Derzerb and that is what it would be called by the Cronos corporation even while still in human form.


I probably just confused you more So ignore me and be creative! It doesn't matter if what you post is cannon or whatever. Just thow some monsters and Guyver characters out there and we'll build from there!

Ok I think I get what your saying. I have a few questions still though:

They are different totally in the following ways:

Guyvers are, at heart, human and think like a normal human. Think of a Guyver as a human with a hard-candied shell lol.

Zoanoids are a different matter all-together. To go through the process to make a human into a Zoanoid, one would have to have that process done to them by Cronos. Thus they would most likely be loyal to Cronos unless they chose to rebell.




2: So if I'm a Guyver, I don't always have to be in that form, the link for the first pic in your last post doesn't work. :S I'll be more clear when I see that pic.

When a Guyver Unit has not merged with a human yet then it will look like this: Guyver Unit. When it sees a suitable host then it will lash out from this form with tentacles and merge (painfully) with the host human.

From then on Guyvers only have two forms: When they are human walking around being all normal and when they speak the word "Guyver" and transform into the Guyver.


3: I'm looking to be a Guyver that is evil and with cronos. What kind of things could I put in the part of the bio that says 'occupation'?

Generally speaking, it would be best to consider what occupations Cronos would need. For a Guyver unit (which is not something you trip over everyday) it would have to be something pretty special.

I suppose a good list of possible occupations would be this:

Combat Specialist (marine)
Spy
Scientist
Cronos CEO
Major World Politician
S.W.A.T. Member
General of National Army
Just about anyone in power that Cronos would want on their side.

Name: Kane Tiamat

Age: 23

Location: London

Class: Guyver

Occupation: Ninja spy for cronos.

Physical Descriptions: When not in uniform, Kane looks like an average person. He wears black jeans with a black jacket and a white shirt underneath. He doesn't have a job but is always searching for little jobs here and there. He has short, spikey, black hair. He is very good looking and often gets offers from other ladies but often rejects them. He keeps his profile as a spy as private as he possibly can.

Kane's mother died when he was only 3 and his relationship with his father never seemed to kick off. When he reached 16, he left home and now lives on his own. Slowly but surely, the contact between his father and him is disappearing but that doesn't seem to bother Kane too much. He doesn't tell anyone about being a ninja and a spy for cronos as he can't risk being found out by no one.

Kane is Guyver number 9071. His guyver is red and black. It is different from other guyvers as it is more of a ninja design and is very tight to his body with no long blades coming off it as he has to be as small as he can. His special ability is he can move at incredible speeds and still be silent.

He uses a long sword and has two daggers attached to each side of his leg. When he isn't using his sword, it is in it's sheath on his back.

Kane is loyal to cronos.

Ok. I think I understand your basic idea, OmniTense, and it sounds very interesting. Nontheless, prepare for this to go horribly wrong. Let's go.


Name: Carmella Linardi
Gender: Female
Occupation: Journalist
Location: Rome
Class: Lost Number Zoaniod
Appearance: Tall, slim; everything you'd expect an engineered warrior to look like. She dresses plainly, jeans, jumpers, and coats.

Background etc.: Orginally from Edinburgh, Carmella was taken by Cronos to Italy be tested as one of the first female Zoaniod conversions. The experiment failed and ended in a huge explosion, the source of which remains unconfirmed; Carmella retained her memory and escaped from the Cronos compound. She found herself wandering for days, she didn't know how to handle the new powers that had been bestowed upon her against her will.
She changed her name upon finding civilisation; she basically dropped all ties with the past. Her status as a Zoanoid is her more closely guarded secret. Her life was completely ruined by Cronos. Although her passport status was a little murky for a while, friends in Rome helped her out, and she has just enough nationality to work as she does. However, she is not happy about being asked leaving Rome by conventional means; if someone found her documents to be fake and reported her to Cronos, her identity as Zoaniod 4242 would quickly be discovered. She lives in contsant fear of Cronos finding out who she really is. (I hope this is possible. If not, it's changeable.)

Zoaniod Capabilites and Description: Carmella has very little control over her Zoanoid alter-ego, as she avoids it almost completely. Zoanoid 4242 is humanoid, with a gun instead of a left arm. This gun acts as an automatic rifle, and a makeshift toolkit of sorts. It can launch a fusion attack; a burst of fusion energy, so to speak. This arm is by far the most powerful weapon of Zoanoid 4242. The right arm acts as a shield. Zoanoid 4242 is also very agile, with excellent audio and visual perception, and is a very strong being.


Carmella wishes for nothing more than the complete destruction of Cronos. Her work as a journalist is aimed at finding out as much as she can about them, how they work, and so on. They ruined her life; although not fond of her Zoanoid half, she will be willing to use it if it means the end of Cronos.


I really hope that makes enough sense...if anything's amiss, please let me know. This RP sounds like a lot of fun.

Physical Descriptions: Described as having beautiful silky blonde hair and eyes similar to every blue gem, she casually wears glasses (without lens for sex appeal) and knee length dresses in light colours, her hair is often tied back though during opera and on other occasions she lets it flow gracefully to the height of her waist.

Motivations/Personality/Idiosyncracies/Ambitions/Background:
Wow, I don't even know what 'Idiosyncracies' means... Oh well...

Helena is a Zoanoid who likes to keep her identity secret to the public. She was well paid as an opera singer but always wanted more money, which is the reason why when she was approached by a Cronos Corp. representative that she accepted his terms in becoming a Zoanoid and using her abillities to recruit as many people to the Cronos company as possible through her live operas which are always garaunteed to sell out. In an attempt to make even more money she is attempting to become a pop star as well as an opera singer to convince a more broader band of the public to join Cronos.

If Zoanoid:
Helena's Zoanoid form is one based closely on the greek myth of Siren. In her form she is comparible to an angel of divine beauty which most men (well, not so if they're gay...) will find to stunning to react. Her songs in this form are much more appealing to listeners and many are found incapable of performing against her will... Which of course is the primary objective of defeating this Zoanoid, bending her will...

Rikard was born in Düsseldorf near the Rhine to American parents in 1985. It was in 1998 that they were both assassinated. Being only thirteen, Rikard ran off on his own to track down the assassin. He single-handedly led Munich authorities to his parent’s killer. He was then contacted by the GDF…

He is normally very cheerful and well-balanced. At times, when he is working, he can get quiet and seems aloof and trivial, but it is because he is preoccupied with details. He is obsessive about liquorice. He constantly keeps a package of British confectionary liquorice mints in his pocket. He owns an S&W 500 Hunter .50 AE.

He is currently chasing down a suspected murderer in Palatine forest as he was directed to by his superiors. He does not know that the very man he is chasing is a Zoanoid carrying a very special item…

Guyver Unit 5...
Guyver Unit 5 is a glossy pearl-white plated guyver with a dark blue sub-dermis. Guyver 5’s vibration globes are located in the center of it’s face.
Guyver 5 has the ability to charge it’s control metal to redirect energy towards it’s respirators to produce copious amounts of fog to cover an escape. Guyver 5 can use the two standard sensory eyes in the back of it’s head to project images given the illusion of three dimensions. When the creators first constructed the unit model 5, they named suyve guyver fvite or Ghost Guyver 5.

Good to see we have some people's bios up now, I have edited my bio as I don't want my character to be as unknown and secret as he was before. He is still a ninja spy for cronos but apart from that he leads a completely normal life. I think this will be better as it means I will have more to post about.

Also, is it possible for a guyver to be loyal to a zoanoid?
