Yes, very cute indeed. Me and Mizukage-sama were very lucky to have found it while she searched the web for our usually yaoi cravings. Why she did that, I was searching for the Akatsuki theme tune from Shippuuden which I have had no luck in finding. Apparantly I'll have to wait for the shippuuuden soundtrack but I want it now (I think I'm having a childish moment).

Yes they are related. As far as I know Asuma is the 3rd Hokage's son, and evidently the uncle of Konohamaru. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Well if thats true i didn't know that . But as always, I'll look into it and see what I can dig up. I don't mean to disprove things but still, I like finding out the facts. Also to stop myself from having another massive quoting fest, I'll just state my opinion without quoting Xeim for a third time. You are right about Shippuuden being a bit slow but I can't wait for next week. It'll be so cool to watch the fight between Sakura and Chiyo Vs Sasori. I wonder what the Third Kazekages puppet looks like. Should be good.

Oh and on a note about the RP, I am to sorry for not posting when I said I would. This weekend is proving to be a drag but still I'll get round to it. I've had to go buy my own clothes!!!! Good thing I was with my friends or I would have totally messed things up.

Yes, and unfortunately I don't believe a soundtrack will be realeased any time soon. The first soundtrack for the original series wasn't released until the second season of the show. know your pain though, Kazekage-sama, I want the Akatsuki theme as well.

Yeah, next week begins the fight we've all been waiting for. But who wants to bet it'll be drawn out for at least four weeks? XD

I've heard rumors of what the puppet looks like, but I have been unable to sort through them and figure out which pictures dipcit sasori himself and which depict the Kazekage. This "puppet" we see Sasori reduced to is obviously not what he really looks like. And despite the fact that's it's going to be in the anime next week, I've found no pictures that clearly state a figure as the Third Kazekage puppet. >.< Sasori confuses me. If there's one Akatsuki member I'll never be able to figure out its him. >.<

So, I'm just as curious as the next person to find out what the puppet looks like.

I know what Sasori looks like!! lol, it's probably only because I have played the new Naruto fighting game in japanese since my friend has a japanese PS2 and he got the game for his birthday. Sasori is ugly, lol... Um... I'll try to find a picture so I can show you.

Okay, so Sasori is basically depicted as a puppet who weilds puppets... O.o Yeah it sounds weird but... whatever. So moving on. This is Sasori's puppet:

Whom is in fact Kazekage or so it seems. Sasori[I'm pretty sure, but not 100%] disguises himself, looking like so, at first. However, he reveals himself later...

The real Sasori almost seems like a puppet himself, but kinda isn't. It just has to do with his ninjutsu techniques. The way he can be mistaken for a puppet is depicted in the animated GIF below:

The way his body is shaped can make it seem like a puppet or similar, or just like a badly hunched over old man. XD

In the next picture below, this is basically how Sasori walks and moves. It's not animated so use your imagination. It's almost like a snail, since he goes really slow for the most part and you can't see his feet[if he has any O_O]:

I'm a fan of the show Naruto, personally Tobi is my favorite character and then would be deidera.
I like Rping and I know how too pretty well. (probably not as good as Xeim or Itachi though^_^;;)

Welcome Yuuki. Yes I did invite her through msn and it seems like we're scrapping the entry question. Seems for the best. Anyway we don't know how good you are at RPing so don't think your not as good as the rest of us. Since your a member, youc sn join the RP if you want and join in with what ever else the club gets upto.

I honestly have no idea, my guess is that there going to do that thing where one week they show a new episode,
and they wait one week before they show a new one again. Which actually sucks allot...
Mabey they need more time to animate the new episode so they stretched out the show times...
Mostly because I can't think of any other reasons why they would do that.

Also douse any have an idea of witch member of the akatsuki are still alive in the manga?

As of yet, through hours of searching, yuuki's theory about them needing more time to animate it is the only thing that makes sense. Or, really the only theory that exists. And if we want facts on why naruto's only airing every other week, then we probably need to move to Japan. I've searched websites in both Japanese and English and found nothing. If I come across something though, I'll be sure to post it.


Also, as for the living members of Akatsuki, I believe Deidara, Kisame, Itachi, the Leader, Tobi, zetsu, the unnamed member, and possibly Hidan are left. We had a "Hidan is Alive" discussion a while back. We know for sure he is incapacitated, which doesn't mean he is necessarily dead.


Anyways, for the sake of new discussion...let's talk about the characters. The way they act before the time-skip and after, and which "version" we like better.

I'll start with Naruto.

Before the time-skip Naruto was really reckless and er... "bouncy." He was immature, a typical young teen, and never really gave anything much thought. Sakura looked down upon him, Sasuke easily got fed up, and over-all the guy was hated. He also said dattebayo at least 5 times a minute. But the one trait that I loved about naruto, is his strength. Not his physical strength, but his ability to touch other people. He really got to some people over the course of the show, and he was a real hero. Not because he was perfect and had super human strength, but because he had the heart to help. And he did it all with a smile.

After the time skip however, Naruto’s matured quite a bit. He’s still a bit “bouncy” but he’s mellowed quite a bit. Also, he thinks a little bit more now. Though he’s still the one who “yells and charges first,” he seems to contemplate things slightly further. People from Konoha and other villages also seem to respect him more, but there’s one thing we haven’t seen him get back to. And that’s his ability to help people selflessly. Sure he goes after Gaara, but Gaara’s his friend. He had multiple reasons to do it. Maybe it’s only because the show hasn’t been on long enough to get back to it. But whatever the case, Naruto’s chagned drastically. He only says “dattebayo” five or six times an episode. >.<


Overall, I like the younger Naruto better. I just like the bubbly innocent boy who’s always willing to help.

On Naruto: I definately have to agree with Xeim on that one. I was actually annoyed by him at first and I wished he would have died... but... after watching the series for a while, he grew on me. His determination is very inspiring and I think that's what made me give into liking him. He was such a strong-hearted person, that when the world kicked him while he was down, he easily got back up and only became even more determined to become stronger.

The older/newer[lol] version of Naruto, I still like because not all of his characteristics were taken away. With age, comes maturity, so it's only normal for him to seem more mellow and such. However, I think he has enough bubbliness now still to qualify, but at least he doesn't get as annoying as he did before.

Still... I'd have to say baby Naruto was my favorite. XD lol, even though he's not a baby. Do you remember the scene that they showed in the very beginning when he was a baby? Gawd he was annoying. I swear, you'd think that just from that scene that all he does is whine, lmao. But anywho...

So the alive Akatsuki members are obviously as Xeim said. Who's the unnamed member though? Do they really not have a name?

The reason they are unnamed is because they haven't been introduced into the story yet. Much like the Akatsuki leader. We don't know him name because 1) No one refers to him by it 2) It makes us wonder who he really is. The same goes for the unnamed person. Its a mystery to be honest. All we can do at the moment is guess what gender this person is. Personally I believe he is male like the others. In a picture I have seen of him, his eyes look like those of a man's. Now I could be wrong. Take Haku for example. I was convinced he was a woman until every kept refering to him as a boy. How strange was that?

Anyway back ontot he topic of Naruto before/after the time skip. I like him more now in shippuuden than I did before. I watched english version of the anime first which completely annoyed me. At the end of every sentence he would say believe it and it'd drive me to insanity (wait, that doesn't work out. I'm already insane. Ok enough off-topic talking). Also I do commend him for his courage and the fact he never gave up, his immaturity is what also annoyed me. Its nice to see that he was calmed down quite a bit in shippuuden.

The same goes for Sakura. Before the time skip she was a waste of space. A almost useless shinobi that could pretty much only do the subsitution jutsu as well as dispel genjutsu. The only other specail thing about her was her control of Chakra. The way she acted also annoyed me much like Naruto. She was almost always scared; spent most her time drooling over Sasuke; treated Naruto like dirt and was shy as hell. Now after the time skip, she is more confident and respects Naruto. Although she still does drool over Sasuke. Her skills as well have improved. She's a skilled medical ninja and has learned how to use Tsunade's inhuman strength.

Eh, I hate Sakura either way though. She just...annoys me....a lot....and there's too many fanarts of her with Sasuke. XD

But you're right, Sakura is a lot better after the time-skip, and I must say that I'm glad they did SOMETHING with her character (even though I think she should *cough* mysteriously *cough* go "missing"). I even started respecting her for an entire episode when she healed Kankuro. It was amazing. The girl who was always in the way, finally got to save the day (and dammit, why does that rhyme?).

Before timeskip/after Gaara is probably one of the most amazing cases in character development (in naruto at least). Before the time-skip, he was a murderer determined to kill, and kill and kill so that he could feel "alive." He didn't even care for his own siblings. Then, he meets Naruto, and begins to change.

The effects of that change are seen after the time-skip. He's even become the Kazekage. Now he cares about his village. He wants to help people and protect them with all of his power.He may have been able to save himself the night he was kidnapped, but he used his strength to protect the village instead. The "Gaara's" are almost polar opposites of each other! the only thing that's remained the same is Gaara's ability to give a perfect "death glare."

Personally, I like post time-skip Gaara better. It's really amazing how much one encounter with Naruto compelled him to change.

Personal I kinda hated Garra when he was smaller.
Mainly cause everything he did made no sense. Like what Xeim said on how he did things so he can fell "alive"

The time-skip Garra seams allot more...different in a nice way I guess...
At the same time I don't like him cause they took the little Garra and made him exact opposite of what he was.
I just wished they kept some of his attributes. Sadly I don't know which ones...
I just think they should have made him the opposite of his little self.
I guess I still prefer the time-skip Garra more though.

I agree, Gaara did have a big change over the time-skip but you could see this before the two years pasted. If you remember with the sound five, when Rock Lee was fighting Kimaro (sp?), Gaara came and helped him (although they almost died which was pretty awesome). Gaara was opening up at that point and you could see it so when he became loving of his village after the time-skip, it wasn't that much of a surprise.
