FFXIII new summons?

Well, do you think FFXIII would have a new summon? I mean, they had new summons for FFXII, do you think they would bring up a new set of summons for FFXIII? And, if they do, I hope they made a female summon, I just like it!

Well Square's female summons generally tend to be fairly hot.(shiva, siren) So i do hope they made a new female summon. Or maybe they did away with the summon system like in X2? Though I'd hope not.

Maybe 50/50 on that. LOL, well, I would like to see a strong and very rocking female summon, just to make a difference. Coz its been expected that females are somewhat weak, though they arent. Umm, its nice to have a female summon overall though, especially coz the view is nice.

Don't you people have anything better to do with your lives than just dream about a hot girl summon! We already have Shiva and that's all we need! Im kidding . I think it would be nice to have a new female summon. Hopefully she reveals somewhat more than Shiva perhaps.

I wouldn't mind seeing her dance around on my screen. I would however put it on mute when she speaks though Anyways to stay on topic, I would like at least either Shica or Siren to make a return though.

I hope they do have new Summons. It would be nice if they did include some of the older Summons like Shiva, Ifrit or Bahamut. I like seeing them in each FF game with a new look. I bet they would look extra awesome in this game. New Summons are always good because it's always a good surprise.

As for female summons, yes.. I'd like to see more of them. That would be great. I'd love to see more dragon summons though.

To answer the question of old Square summons, Ifrit is said to be spotted in a trailer but I have not seen it yet. I also think there is a few others too.

I'd like to see Velius return as a summon. Yeah a few hot summons would help out. Matter of fact, I think staying with some of the more classic summons (Ifrit, Shiva, Atmos, CACTUAR (even though he isnt that old), Ramuh etc.) would be pretty cool.

One thing that kinda gets me is that looking at some of the screenshots, It looks a bit more futuristic than many FF and I cant really see the summons fitting in to the advanced technology (referring to the game). Though only a very few screenshots and a movie have been seen so far so we still have a way to go before we know anything.

New summons are great, but I'd like to see the oldies return, too. Shiva, Bahamut, Ifrit. Come on, Square. Give us our oldies back. PLZ!

New summons, would be cool - providing they are as awesome as some of the old summons, but it would still be good to see some of the old summons coming back again. I dunno it all depends on how good a job they do on desiging the new summons. We'll see.

I can't be the only one who hopes for classic boss characters as Summons can I? I think it'd be a great new trend in the FF series. I mean calling up Sin or Jenova to plow through enemies and deliver you to victory would be a huge ego boost (especially if they were secret summons).

On the other hand I have to agree with everyone else in this thread about some Cleavage... err, I mean female summons. Oh hell, lets get some sexy male summons in too, no sense in pandering to only one side of the fence!

i'm already happy if they make summons an important part of the game(as in FFX) nd not make them something totally useless like in FFX-2

I don't think they're will be any summons in FFXIII, cause there seems to be one character for each Fabula Nova Crystallis chronicle. Storm for Versus, Lightning for XIII and some card playing boy for Agito. But then again, I could be wrong, their might be an option, I wish they would bring new ones and some old ones like Ifrit and Shiva.

But female espers? Mmm, I would like that indeed.
