Advice towards improved leadership..try not to regurgitate what has already been stated. A simple "I agree" will suffice. Don't sweat it though, as you're doing far more than Blackrose could have done.

I'm close to finishing the club sig. Should have it done by tonight.

Stem Cell research involves experimentation on proto-cells generated in the womb. All cells in the human body start off as Stem Cells. As such, it is believed that Stem Cells, coupled with certain treatments, may be able to regenerate damaged or diseased tissues. It is believed that such diseases as alzhemers (sp?) and muscular distrophy could be eliminated with proper application of Stem Cell research.

However, up until recently, the most popular place ot harvest stem cells from were aborted fetus's. Pro-Choice supporters have used Stem Cell research to try and boulster support for abortion by saying, essentially, "At least the aborted babies aren;t going to waste" which I've always viewed as rather appalling and ghoulish. Lets face it, a person does not get an abortion to better the lot of mankind, so much as themselves. If they think otherwise then thats a bit misanthropic to say the least.

But anyways, current studies have shown that stem cells do not NEED to be harvested from a dead fetus to be viable. As such, I think Stem Cell research can now move forward without being associated so closely with the hotly contested issue of abortion.

Oh cool you got that club sig. going, too bad I can not see it though. *sigh* At least I got more time for our manga project. It is taking me a long time to end the story on my second page due to runnning out of ideas, but I should be able to come up with something soon. As for the 2nd chapt of the story you made I currently working on that right now soI should be able to get close to finishing it.

Very interesting... I do not like the idea of using the bodies of dead babies to do research, plus saying that these bodies aren't going to waste is just way out of line in my opinion. We are supposed to respect the bodies of the dead, aborted or not.

Hi Asuka, long time no chat eh? Glad to see you guys commencing into another age of your club! The BoD does afterall, need a little friendly competition now and again.

Just wanted to ask if you could edit my name in the guest status list to Samurai Kenji I AKA Akira or something to that effect. I'm keeping this name so don't worry about needing to change it again sometime down the road.

And seeing as our two clubs have seemingly not interacted with each other in a tremendous amount of time, how about a friendly sparring battle between some of our members? Maybe a 3v3 would be in order again? What do you think?

I'll try and involve myself in your guy's discussions a little more in the future and take advantage of my guest status.

@Yomi: I guess I didn't mentioned I wouldn't mind. I just wanted to say that we still have a feud between each other, but that does not mean that beyond the RP realm we cannot be friends. Therefore, since Suzu preempted me, be our guest.

I think I didn't realized the ambiguity of my words, so I ask to be excused.

@Colt: Well, I assumed that we should have our own discussions in ID instead of on here, because that way we could focus on the discussion while keeping our club stuff to ourselves. It does not necessarily need to be our own sub-forum (thanks for reminding), but I assume if we start many discussions, the ID forum will be crowded, and needing some place to keep them. But, alas, everyone should then have their forums then, and that would be crowding up.

I'll consider your idea, though. Some discussions are meant to be in here and some in ID, I think.

@Suzu: If we move the discussions somewhere, that will not unmake the goals of the club: actually, we will be forwarding the goals. Of course, that will make for some lack of posting here, but it will also work for not having more guests than members. It is not that I dislike having guests: the more the merrier, it makes for a livelier place, but it seems that we will not impact people as much if we're doing the discussions here than on ID.

@Kai: Hope I can see the full sig!!! Yours looks very nice, I can see.

...uhhh, I guess I have nothing more to say, so I'll just say congrats to Selra for joining, and may the stay be long and fructiferous.

Hi there y'all! I understood y'all participated in RPB's and also in Club rivarly. As of yesterday the main RPB Club, the Phoenix Knights are also open for inter-club fights.

I also understood your allignment is opposite of the BoD, which would be GOOD in fact. The allignment of the Phoenix Knights is a hard one, it's a bit abstract. Just try to see it as the highest to achieve and the most chivalrous one. We ARE the highest RPB Club, and we are glad to confirm that. Of course it is always possible to create an alliance or such, but let's not get too far ahead. All Clubs are rivals at this point.

So, if any of you think you have what it takes to challenge a Phoenix Knight, by all mean, barge in the Club and challenge one of us. Just remember that we are the best and only Club designed for the purpose of RPBing. Hopefully, we shall meet soon. (And good luck with the sigs)

Ty ty. I dunno what you mean by 'the full sig' though. I simply had to draw a stick figure describing my sig for Asuka because he can't see most images uploaded on the web (blame AOL) ^^; Anywhat, if one of the other abominations I create are to your liking, I can place a text somewhere within the banner that states your club position (ex. Ambassador/Historian), so that the sig will be solely yours to use.

I think I'll do just that. Thank you for your offer. I'll have to redesign my RPB character, since almost every part of my old one faded from memory. I think there was an official RPB character thread somewhere...

EDIT: Activity is dying. Just to inform everyone, Suzu's AOL account screwed him over yet again. It would seem he no longer has any access to TFF...at least from his ISP.

@Kai: I was referring to the current sigs you have. Be it Photoshopped or something like that, they look awesome. I just expect the real drawings to be as nice as those banners, mmkay?

And, yeah, I also dislike AOL. I like my Internet as it is.

One other thing, more a fun fact than something else. Recently, I bought a game you may not know much about, but it's still awesome. Anyways, that game is called "Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation". While browisng the choices of pilots you get for the mechas, I stumbled upon a really weird pilot name.

Yup, not joking, there's a guy in that game called like that. Coincidence, huh?

@IM: So, you basically declared an all-out war to all clubs on behalf of the Phoenix Knights, eh? I just hope you have not forgotten about the banners at the Indigo League, or people will be hunting for your head. Be kind to know we're not that belligerent: the Masters and the BoD are easily provoked. We still are building up on our ranks, so we're not considering many battles as of now. Kaitou seems eager to, and I accept that. Yet...I have already two RPBs I'm participating, and raising that amount might be overkill.

Though...I might get in the 3 vs. 3, as a way of rectifying that loss. Had I been there, things might have been different. Or maybe not, who knows? Either way, since the battle will be slower paced, I might be comfortable.

And yes, there's still the character thread in the RPB section. Suzu, you and I have our characters nearby.

Omg activity.

We should have a 2v2 against the BoD, since we are lacking a 3rd RPB member. As far as I know, it's just you and me *sob*. It should prove more manageable than our previous 3v3. Besides, I need some RPB experience. My current opponent from PK, Atma-Noah, is slow to respond. My patience is nearly depleted..

I have already recreated my character, Kai. This character is easier for me to flesh out and has a deeper background than my previous one.
