this trailer look really good the only problem is about the woman we see in that trailer she does not have a name although it does say lighting where an atb cost board thing appears that could be her name or it could be a special move i think it is her name what do you think


there is also a dragon in the trailer as well i think it could be an enemy or it could be bahamut i hope it is him bcause i want summons and loads of them lol

Yep, im sure there's been a discussion about this somewhere here.

Oh well, FFXIII certainly looks extremely different to other FF locations in terms of the futuristic location the woman in the trailer is in, the gun/sword she uses, it just looks so in the future. The trailer is awsome, very very nice graphics.

And the fact that it's in the far future seems so un-RPG so it might not be so original..... but it's a new idea whcih means new stuff!

Final Fantasy XIII trailer

I'd liked to learn a bit more about this game, because I'd rather them wait to see how FFXII goes first. I'd hate to see something I seen in FF12 that diddn't do well, go into the next FF.

but the trailer looks promising, a woman main character. I don't own an FF where a woman is the main, so it would be a nice change.

IGN has some pretty good trailers for FF XIII and Versus.

From what I've seen and read, the actual game graphics and FMV graphics are almost identical. Kupos to Square Enix.

That would be really awesome, cos it most of them (especially VII and VIII) the FMV graphics are awesome and loads better than the in-game graphics.

Lighting IS the girls name. i know it is cuz i read it somewhere.. or heard it somewhere or something.. i forgot but i do know that is gonna be her name =) and they are going to try to make the battle system as close as they can to FFAC. so when you see the trailer and the menus and everything... that is an example of a battle in the game.. pretty cool huh? i just hope they dont screw us over...

I have seen that tralier as well, and it is really quite cool. The weapon looks like a advanced gunblade.

I thought in general that the trailer was cool.

And the gunblades a nice touch.

Since the main character looks like its gonna be a girl. I hope it won't turn into a another FFX2 type game.

But hopefully it won't. It looks like a SCI-FI type world to.

That trialer looks excellent! Its has a sweet futuristic feel to it and sort of reminds me of FF 8 with a Matrix style and twist to it. And the gunblade is a nice touch. Nice to see another female as the main character to.

I think its her name though. Coz they say in the forums that her name was taken from the thunder element, as well as Squall's, Cloud's, and Tidus'. Well, thats what I heard and about Bahamut, well, I hope its him, but I think it isnt him.

Well I have yet to watch the trailer, for I have the slow internet on this planet. But from pictures that I have seen, this game looks promising. The graphics are unreal. But I have only seen this in these pictures. So there for I have not the slightest clue on wither that is a "In-Game" graphics. But if it is, then that is pretty badass.

But I am not one to judge a game for good looks. I am a man that rate's a game by how it plays. The storyline. The storyline has to be good, and has to make since of course. So know one will know for sure if this game is good. Well not until it comes so everyone can play it.

Im more interested in the story line. You don't have a good storyline THATS IT GAME OVER. No matter how good the visuals are it's still goanna stink. But hopefully it will be good.
