Poetry is never easy to read, despite the simplicity. Your poem was actually difficult to read, thats why I wanted to decipher it. I love challenges especially when they are in poetry. I've been a poet for about five years, and there is so much I want to know. To be good at poetry, I may not be, because you cannot be good at searching through someone's mind through poems. I like to think of myself as a deep thinker, and that I can evaluate the words for what they say to me, rather than what they just say.
To me poetry is the art of writing one word to express all of your thoughts, and the more words there are the more of the person is imbedded into the poem. Of course when it becomes over crowded with too many words, it loses purpose. So, for me I like to think of myself as a sage among poets.
