was final fantasy better on the pc or on a console

another dispute i am having with my friends they believe that that final fantasy vi , final favtasy vii and fnal fantasy viii were better made for the pc. I thnk this is a load odf shit cause the pc versions of these games midi files are totally horrible compared to the midi files ion the console versions and also i have noticed that the pc ones have lots of glitches in them

Yeah I feel the PC games of FF games arent original because they always are released after the original console release and I find it a lot better using a real control pad than a keyboard. I have heard that there are tons of hacks for FFVII though but nothing exciting.

Yeah i not a big fan of PC games will not when it comes to FF, but other than that some games are better on PCs than Consoles and some are about the same, but with FF Console all the way

Ive played FFVII on pc and playstation, there is no difference from what i could see, except for the comtrol interface, but if you have a joypad for your pc its fine.

Ya i think that they got improved. I liked playing them on different syestems because I wanted 2 compar what was better.

final fantasy for the pc was never improved than the original for the playstation.The playstation games of final fantasy were far better they never had any glitches in them and also the midi files for the music were better

Well, I don't have a pc and I don't look up games for pc so i don't know. The only 1n i played on the pc was VII at my cuzins house.

VI wasn't released on the PC, only VII and VIII were.

The PC ones were just direct ports from the PS1 originals so weren't any better, infact some parts were probably worse.

Consoles have always been better for RPGs in my opinion, Final Fantasy or otherwise.

That's not to say the PC doesn't have any good ones though. It has Diablo, Baldur's Gate, etc.

I like the console versions. I feel a lot better with the controller in my hands. It just doesn't feel right on a keyboard.

I'd prefer playing Final Fantasy on a console than PC, just because its weird playing with a keyboard than a controller. Its nice when I played VII on PC, but playing it on the playstation is a lot better.

That's exactly what I mean. It doesn't feel riht without a controller.

I definitly Like it alot more on Console.In fact any game is better on console then on PC.PC kinda makes it boring.

PC is also confusing with all those buttons on the keyboard, you need at least 6 hands to be able to press every button quickly, it only takes 2 hands for a controller and BTW it is much more likley that ur TV is bigger than your
PC screen.
