I have many favorites, but, the one I listen the most, the one that often closes my videogame music listening sessions is the Piano Collections version of Via Purifico.
I adore that song.

Well, there is also this one song that is part of FFX-2, it's called "The Truth Is" and it is a vocal version to the starting piano theme. I downloaded it off a FF website, and I couldn't stop listening to it, it was so beautiful.

As for piano music, I adore "To Zanarkand" (the piano song in the start) and the ending theme.

I liked Real Emotion, 1000 words from X-2. I liked whoever sang the son because she sounded really great. In IX for some weird reson I liked the extraction theme where Zorn and Thorn extracted eidolons from Garnet, and lastly I liked Jenova's them from VII. The theme sounded really cool and I just got into the battle when it came on.

i would have to say aeris piano theme from advent children, tifa's piano theme, also advent children, and that one from FFX i can't remember the name of, it plays at the video thing before you actually start the game. you know the one i'm talking about, they're all sittin at the fire....

my fave song from final fantasy would hav to be 'the place ill return to someday' an 'hunters chance' in ff 9, 'cosmo canyon' an 'jenova' in ff 7 those are my faves especially that jenova song i got a trance mix of it an it sounds quality aswell
