Uhm, Tiamat
was in the game, remember the green dragon when you approached the Invincible's eye whilst in Memoria? Took me a while to beat him -_-.
As for adding and removing, the first thing I would add would be the chance to enter all of the older towns and caves, etc. Simply for the nostalgia >.>
I'd remove the fact that Four-Armed man's real name was Gilgamesh. He's nothing like good ol' Gilgamesh from FFV.
