Confused & Peed Off

Ok, for some reason when Tifa attacks with her Ultimate Weapon, The Premium Heart, she only deals 50 - 250 Damage, what is going on here?

Weapon: Premium Heart
Armor: Bolt Armlet
Acc: Safety Bit

Attack: 101
Attack %: 112
Defense: 76
Defense %: 8
Magic Atk: 0
Magic Def: 54
Magic Def&: 3

Level: 72

Well is this to every oponent or is it to a charcter or boss. Cause if it's only then it could be a person with high resistance to what you have. Just a thought. :/

Its been doing small damage to the enemies in the North Crater so I dont understand it. Help someone?

In battle the attack strength of this weapon depends on how full the limit bar is. The closer she is to her limit break, the stronger Premium Heart becomes.

Basically if you want her to be strong, find some enemies that deal a lot of damage, get her limit gauge close to full, and then tranquilize her so that its harder for her to make it to her limit break. Me, i'd just equip her with a different weapon

Ah, I see, i'll try that or as you said I could just equip another Weapon. XD!

Get your limit up and the attack will increase.
