As Marlene ran to their company, Ora and Caije were ready to deal with Alicia.

"Well some terrorist group."

Ora said.

"You count on it that we'll be as famous as AVALANCHE one day, only not famous for being saviours, but terrorizers."

Alicia hissed.

"Well I don't think thats gonna happen. considering your going with us. Were turning you in to the NCPUD when we get back to New Corel."

Ora told Alicia. And he motioned to Caije to help get her up so they could turn her in. But before they were able to do anything, Alicia flipped her head up and materia popped out into the air as it went into effect.

"REFLECT"

and the stop effect went away from the Dragoon and she jumped down off the ladder.

Ora had a confused look on his face.

"Lets just catch her!!!!"

Caije called out. And they both jumped down and ran after her.

"Marlene, we'll go after her!"

Ora shouted out.

As Alicia ran in the distance, a vehicle could be seen. It started to head down, and as it did, the vehicle turned out the be an airship, and it was huge.
She soon was able to catch up to it and she jumped on.

"No!!! We can't let her get away!!!"

Alicia got to the face of the Airship and behind her were many other of her men. She smirked evily as it went off.

(OOC- It's fine, just what I was going to do...)
"Ki, I've heard that name before..." Marlene smiled warmly at Ki and her companion, they obviously weren't part of 'ROCKSLIDE'.

"I suppose I can tell you that AVALANCHE isn't behind all of this but I assume you knew that already. It was some group called ROCKSLIDE and..."

Marlene stopped as she heard the whirring engine of an airship overhead. The trio looked up to see a giant airship and just over the whirring of the engines Marlene heard:

"Marlene, we'll go after her!"

"Damn she must be escaping, come on!"

Ignoring Ora's shouts Marlene ran to the side of the building where Alicia was escaping with the other two behind her, but she was too late as well, Alicia's Airship was taking off and there was no hope in trying to catch her.

"Ki meet Caije and Ora, Ora and Caije meet Ki and um... what was your name?" she asked the ninja...

Caije sighed as the Airship sped off into the distance. It floated high above the clouds and out of Caijes sight. He doubled back and headed back to Marlene.
"Dammit lost it," He groaned. He was transfixed at the ninja who Marlene was reffering too. "Hey! Your Yuffie, of the original AVALANCHE!" He immediatley rushed over to her and shaked her hand.

"Damn. They got away..."

Ora walked to their company as he saw Caije shaking someones hand exitedly.

"Hey, Caije......"

Ora took a look at the ninja.

"This isn't Yuffie. This is a guy. Whats your name?"

Caije looked confused as he jumped back.

Ora then turned back to see Ki standing near Marlene.

"Oh, uh Its mice to meet you Ki. Do you know Marlene?"

Ki ran after Marlene as the airship left the ground. She was confused and oddly relieved that she knew who was really behind the attack. She smiled warmly as Marlene introduced her and held back a giggle as the man Cajie shook the ninjas hand. She turned back when Ora adressed her and shook her head. "No, I only know who she is because of all the publlicity the throw towards her." She sighed and looked over at Marlene. She then smiled reassuringly, "And I haven't a cllue what's going on."

"Guess I should get my eyes checked..." He grunted standing next to Marlene. He looked off into the distance. He saw a cloud. A cloud of black smoke. It was as if somthing was burning. He smelt it. Somthing was burning.
A short distance from where they where standing Ora's small plane was bursting in flames.
"Hey Ora, was that your plane...." Caije said scratching his head. "....Alicia's goons must of burnt it. So we couldnt follow them...."

The flames burnt violently, they were not from the plane however, they were in the rage of Ora's eyes.

"Wow," Marlene said ignoring the burning plane and Caije and Ora's comments, "I never thought about it before but I suppose I am a bit of a celebrity... And I can't lose that role. Well Ki, there was the riots at Central Station which you probably seen on TV, then Caije and I where kid-napped and Ora tried to help us... Then Alicia told us that she wasn't really AVALANCHE and she was another terrorist group member. Oh... And I, I can't tell the police because they'll think I'm just going to cover up the group because I'm Barret's daughter." Marlene stopped for breath looking upset, "I guess now I'm going to be thought of as one of them, the terrorists..."

Without any control of herself Marlene sat on the ground and cried bitterly...

Ki jumped a bit, shocked at Marlene's sudden outburst. She bent down next to her and put an arm around her. She looked up once to look at the plane that burst into flames and those who she knew were now the only ones they could trust.
She bent her head back down next to Marlene's. "It'll be okay. We'll get through it." She said in a quiet and steady voice. She put on a reassuring smile and gave her shoulder a comforting squeeze. In her own mind, she siliently hoped that what she was saying was true. In the back of her thoughts she also knew that none of them would be safe as long as they knew the truth.

Caije saw Marlene cry and immediatley forgot about the flaming plane.
"Marlene, everythings going to be ok, I promise, as soon as we expose ROCKSLIDE, then people will love AVALANCHE, just don't try to deal with it by yourself, because that is immpossible," He sighed as he knelt down beside her. "We will help you also...."

He smiled at her comforting. Then turned back to the plane. "Guess we better walk back to New Coral, or would that be safe...."

Marlene cheered up a bit from the comments of her friends, Caije and Ki had been so kind to her that she was mixed up about all of her emotions, she wasn't sure whether she wanted them to come just in case they got hurt, but she hoped they would keep her company.

"You two are good friends to me, dormir arrigato. But I really do want to clear AVALANCHEs name. And the only survivors of AVLANCHE I know of are Reeve, Yuffie and Nanaki, too bad nobody knows where the first two are... I think we should go see Nanaki, we need to go to Cosmo Canyon but I think we can get a train. This is West Corel, so the train station should be close"

Without stopping to think Marlene led the group down a few streets but stopped there was a street fight going on and a young blonde-haired girl was desperatly trying to ward them of with fire materia.

All naomi could think off was how she was going to get her memory back. She had no idea were she was, when two people attacked her one was shouting at her acusing her of being in avalanche the other was just using one materia after anouther attacking her. Naomi tryed to ward them off with fire materia but she wasnt doing very well, running out of mp quickly she decided to change to reflect but it wasnt working to good. Thrown to the floor by one of the guys materia she feared for her life...

Marlene watched horrified as a man knocked the teenager to the ground ready to stamp on her face. Without thinking Marlene ran over to the man and stood in from of him.

The girls attacker, surprised by the sudden appearance of Marlene took a step backwards and nearly fell over a rock.

"What do you want?" He said in a rough manner.

"Why are you attacking her? What's she done?" Marlene asked looking at the confused girl

"Good point, why are we attacking her, I mean she might be a member of AVALANCHE but your Marlene Wallace, you must be a ringleader"

Without warning the man tried to attack Marlene, but he was to slow and was easily finished off with a Bolt3 spell. She turned to defend herself against the other attacker bt he had already ran away.

Marlene dusted off her hands and helped the teenager to her feet.
"Hi, what's your name sweetie?"

"I'll get that other guy!" Caije said leaping into action. He drew his gun and leapt over Marlene and the girl. He leapt up fast and landed on the ground with a thump before sprinting offin search of the man.
He saw him running trough a alley and pursued in rage. He followed him to a dead end. The man smiled as he turned around. He looked angry. he was bald and tanned skin. The man approached Caije.
"So, I'm assuming your one of AVALANCHE's white knights," He laughed approaching him.
"I'll protect AVALANCHE as long as I can, even to my dieing breath!" Caije yelled in Rage. He pointed his gun towards the man.
The man raised his Arms. "Trust me, that shall be soon....". Immediatley many people seemed to drop from the alleys wall. They surrounded Caije.
"We defend our families from AVALANCHE, we will Avenge the fallen people they destroyed yesterday....."
"Your wrong!" Caije said. The people approached him. His gun was drawn. He rushed at them in full speed.

He lay there, after getting pummled almost to death. He lay there awake. In pain. His body motionless. He slowly stumbled to his feet. He got up and walked back . He fell out of the alley.
Caije approached Marlene and sighed. "Couldnt get him..."

Looking up in shock Naomi stared at anouther girl and the man that was with her.
"M...my name is Naomi. Um thanks for helping me i don't know what happened"
Naomi stood up and shook the girls hand the man that was with her had ran of to get the people that had attacked her, when he came back he was severly hurt.
Naomi went over to him "would it be okay if i healed you?"
using cure3 on him she smiled.
