i liked the game alot. it had an ok story line, good graphics and i really like the dressphere costumes (im going to cosplay as songstress yuna ) and i found the music really nice to listen too. the whole is that tidus and who is lenne thing i found was kinda a good twist too the game. and tidus coming back if you got 100% was a nice bonus

This is the most fun of all the FF battle systems I have experienced, I loved mastering the dresspheres and seeing what those abilities would do and the battle system is very intuitive, so dynamic!.

I didn't thinkFFX-2 was that good or that bad. I liked some parts and hated others. I started it over, so I think it was worth the $20 I spent on it. Besides, most sequels are really, really bad.

Final Fantasy X-2 would have been best kept un-made. And Game sequals are usually pretty good in my opinion its movie sequals that are bad. The perfect ending is retarded and not worth it, it dosent add anything at all. The good ending was the best. I would have been so much happier with a new final fantasy game. Square just stick to making new games plz.

For you maybe, but plenty of people did enjoy playing it. I don't think a game should be unmade just because I didn't like it; I just don't play it. As the saying goes, one person's trash is another's treasure, right?

Personally, I liked X-2. It was fun, light-hearted, and a fast play but with enough replayability to keep it going. At one point I actually completed it twice in two days, just because I had fun doing it. Don't like the optional stuff? Then don't do it, heh. I did one playthrough without doing any of the extra stuff, then with New Game+ I did whatever sidequests looked fun, since it was easier hehe. The story might not have been great, but it was still a refreshing change from the norm.

That said, I'd only really recommend it to people who enjoyed playing Final Fantasy X and are looking for a quick game that doesn't go into a lot of depth but makes up for it by just being a lot of fun.

FFX2 is my 2nd favorite FF game. I like how you battle, and dress spheres, and the hunt to find clues for Tidus. If you think it's so unpleasing, why play it? If you think it's so unpleasing, why talk about it?

Think about the people who like this game?

I would recommend to buy it, it's loads of fun, lots of humor, and it's really a happy game for the most part. If you want to cry, play X. But this is very happy at the end and beginning. So if you want, listen to me, or the person who insaults this game.

I've been collecting the final fantasy games sense i was a kid. I have 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, X, X-2, and XI. But ffx2 remains very loved by me. Although i have to agree that they should have added at least 2 male characters. Lionheart, you are right about the girly feel to it through, cause i felt it each time i play, but it sort of did'nt bother me after i beat it the first time. But seeing someone as pretty as Yuna lead the story i am cool with the game. So yeah i would recommand buying this game or at least renting it.

FFX2 was a great game. Great abilities system. I think alot of the problem is we look at the game as "Charlies Angels". 3 women and no men. Something the FF crowds arent use to, but I felt the the game was really good. Good story line. Graphics are amazing. The only thing i felt let down about was how the plot more a less strayed away from what happened to Tidus. I think the game would have been much better if they whole point was Tidus, and didnt stray into the whole pop singer and gunned down boyfriend brewhaha.

Dude just go, get off this site. Not only did you double post, you spammed in both of them. How can i be a sore loser when i finished the game? It wasnt worth my $50. The only reason Square made the game is to make many more females fans of final fantasy.

X-2 may have been an ok game, but it isnt nearly as great as other titles that square has made. The only thing i may have enjoyed a little bit was the battle system, but nothing else. The story was bad, the characters were different especially Yuna they changed her completely, They used practically all the same areas they used in FFX, the graphics were the same, and not to mention that the game was meant for a female audience.

This game just wasnt for me. I loved FFX and i was expecting a great gaming experience when this game came out thats not what i got.

I didnt like FF-X2 mainly casue there were all girls. The least they could of done was added one male lead. I also hated the dress sphere crap. I didnt get it one bit. Good thing i only rented it. And i really hated the fact that yuna changed like so much.
