ok so i got everyones best wepon(well mostly) but the all suck big time except clouds but why?

Uhm well they actually can all be good. But if your other guys are at a low level or have certain materia attached to it then it could hinder them. Just a thought.

Maybe your Cloud has a highler level than your other characters, this meaning his strengh will be higher, and strength relates to his attacks.

I know tifa's warms up the more you use it. I dont knwo why the others would suck.

well thats all fine and dandy but i dont understand why barrets best wepon hits for 100 when his second best hits for 800+ same with every one else.

lol, its cause the ultimate weapons power up in different ways.

Ultima weapon - power is linked to Cloud's reaming HP
Premium Heart - powers up as Tifa's limit bar goes up
Missing Score - power depends on the the AP of the materia equipped, I recommend using Max Ray.
Conformer - power depends on exp of the enemy, does max damage against strong enemies.
Venus Gospel, Limited Moon and HP Shout - power depends on remaining MP.
Death Penalty - the more enemies Vincent kills with this weapon, the stronger it becomes.
Princess Guard - powers up when the other characters in your party have low HP remaining.

i like getting clouds enhanced sword early in the game so i can equip lots of summons if i need them, and i like the nailbat as well if i need some muscle.
