Harry Potter to die in the final book????

Spoiler: Nobody exactly knows if Harry is going to die or not. Only J.K Rowling knows whether he is going to live or not. She stated that she has been thinking about killing off his character but now she is having second thoughts. I know that she is supposedly killing off two main characters but those two are unknown. It's quite possible that Harry might die but who knows? We'll just have to wait and see! I thought she said that she was definitely going to kill him off but now she's not sure! I've heard many different stories actually. Rumors galore!

I think Harry wont die, for reasons i cant remember, i tried posting on here last week i think and it didnt work. Mainly though the fact that Harry Potter is a childrens book and kids like 5 are having it read to them. I know i wouldnt of liked...Superman to die or something when i was young. Actually, quite the oposite. JK Rowling wanted the book to be for children. But because, her publishes, didnt like the idea she had to make it an adult book. ( I watched in on a random channle last year telling me about how Hary Potter came into being) I own the books, and one of the movies.

Anyway I do agree wih you that Harry Potter is a rather moody fag, but I doubt he will die. My brother, has a feeling dumbeldor will come back in the last book, yet I am fairly sure Dumbly is stone cold dead. I have a feeling Serverus will die

Actually the writer herself said (on an interview) that Harry was going to die inthe last book. Of course this could have been just to grab readers, but I usually go by what the actual artists say. I never read the one that just came out. I loved the entire series, but I had someone else dictate it for me. all I am, as far as being up to date is that:

I think Harry will die. More like hope he will becuase he is a git. Malfoy im pretty sure will live but I could see Harry and Hagrid getting snuffed. I could even see Lupin or one of the Weasley parents getting killed as well. Moodey might just die of old age.

Can we at least consider this is a children's book,though im not too sure now with all the deaths and things it almost seems adult,but orginally it was for children keeping this in mind would j k rowling really kill off the main protagonist? I really don't think harry will die. Perhaps Ron or Hermione to make harry seem victimised.

Like it was stated earlier. Publishers forced her to change from childrens books to adult right before book 4 came out so Harry Potter is no longer a childrens book so she can do as she pleases. She could make Harry gay and dress like a girl then make Ron kill him with a spoon. I think thats how the main character should die. Anyone else think Harry will diue that way?

As for Harry dying ..i mean obviously since rowling stated it, it is a possibility though somehow i doubt it will happen. I'd love to see snape or malfoy die though. Realisticly speaking i could see it be one of Harry's friends or even one of the so called guardians like Lupin or one of the Weasley parents. Though it really is hard to say..grr, i want this book to come out too

Dumbledore coming back though? I doubt that..who needs him to anywayz? Don't all the dead headmasters become those pictures in the headmasters office? Haha if harry if ever needs him go talk to his picture.
