Because really, it doesn't hurt a person, but it does bring them down a little bit. Not in that "She's in her place now, HURRR" way, but if a bitch is raving at you and you feel threatened (Yeah, it can happen) pushing her down will make her take more time to actually hit you. When you push someone down, the whole situation is slowed down a little, sometimes enough to make them realize they're being an idiot. Sometimes doing that will keep someone from hitting you, and in return you losing your temper and hitting them.

So is pushing a girl still sexist when it's actually the only thing keeping you from hitting her? I like to think i'm a good guy. I treat women wonderfully, unless I just don't like them or don't care.

Now all this "I'm actually a great guy" shit aside, if a woman is going to actually hit me, she's getting hit back. If she's going to slap me, fine, i'll take that. But I won't sit there and be beaten in the name of chivalry. Woman hits me, woman gets what is coming to her, because not doing so would be sexist.

Pill Box, I am going to tell you the same thing I told nevfx. Those kinds of one-liners are not appropriate in this thread.

As for the thread itself, there are a few people still discussing the topic intelligently. However, it is attracting spam and flames/flamebaits.

Wow. I witnessed the funniest thing the other day. A guy palming this girl in the face on the bus, like really hard. So hard, she was weeping and bleeding from the mouth. He stood in this macho stance afterwards, and pissed himself laughing. It just happened that fast, I laughed too.

Yeah, this post did have a point. A valid one. Girls shouldn't try to tackle a dude below the waste. Especially when he's not expecting it.

No I don't think it is right for a girl to hit a guy at all. An guy that is attacked by surprise will have a violent reaction to protect themselves. Infact all humans have that reflex. Personally I would too. In this thread though a girl had spilt a drink on a guy out of mistaken idenity, and he thought is a good idea to not let her explain, or ask her what the hell she was doing. She should have been excorted out, not beaten up. By all means if I were just getting pumled I woud probably try to restrain first, and if that did not work. Then self defense would have to be inorder. I havce to agree that in some cases self defense is nessacary, but I always try an use the latter first.

That sounds about right. That said, if a chick spilt drink on me by the case of mistaken identity, chances are, i'd try to pick her up

Its only wrong to push a girl if she's handicapped...Its still hilariouse, but very wrong...Well really, some chicks just have it coming, when they get all huffy puffy and start swearing at you or something, then you say something back to them and they attack you and try to kick you in the jewels so you spit on the and then they really start freaking out, then who gives a shit, they gotta deal with the consequences, if they're freaking out for pretty much no reason and try to hit you, well shit, it shows how much class they have, its not like your trying to hurt them, your just trying to put some space between you and the physcho...But if she grabs a weapon of some kind, then you can pop her in the face or something, chick, guy, whatever, if they're out for blood you have to draw the line

The way I see it is. If it is okay with you that I take a bat to your nuts, then an only then do you have the right for you to put your hands on a girl . So iw ill go get my bat, lol. To be honest guys usually have it coming...way before the girl does. Not that this is always the case, but in most cases we are not capable of going as far as some men do.
