Well...yeah you really do have a great point there..

I'm thinking that a portal-like object may carry oxygen from various destinations...In other words they are stealing oxygen...bastards!

Its always baffled me too, sure, they have oxygen and alike in the Lunar Whale.. but the walk around in armour, robes, swords/shields etc. I'm quite sure they dont generate oxygen - which last I recall, was actually beneficial to human exsistance.

Maybe Cecil was an exception? he was HALF human.. probably has lungs like Aquaman. XD

The assault on Damcyan tho, that was one HELL OF A QUICK RAID.. by the times the bombs drop, and the castle gets pwned (in about.. 5-10 seconds?) its all gone and done, THATS why you dont see any of the handywork.. Baron is so crafty with their work.

Well, let's not forget the possibility that the castle may've already been being overthrown before the bombing raid. Baron is militarily excitable and they just like to blow sh*t up.

Something quite comical also is when i was at the levaithan attack scene. One of the men on the ships mentioned that they were being drawn closer to the whirlpool. Naturally, to proceed the converstion, the button A had to be pushed. I was then distracted by my brother and never camed back to it until 4 hours later. When i came back the same text was displayed.

So for 4 hours they were watching themselves being absorbed into whirlpool....

Another funny moment:

When the airships and tanks come to attack the Giant of Babil, how exactly do the tanks from underground get out from underground and go all the way to that island in the middle of forking nowhere?

Okay a few things:

1. The moon you visit is not the actual moon, it is the "other" moon inhabited by the Lunarians. This moon might have oxygen and the same gravity as the "Blue Planet" as the game calls it.

2. Before the bombing at Damcyan, someone must have already gone in and taken the crystal, just like Cecil did at Mysidia. But now with Golbez over the Red Wings, he decided it would be fun to just blow the whole place up after taking it, on their way home.

3. As for the magnetic cave, there is no explanation. You shouldn't be able to walk in the cave with metal on.

4. As for the deaths, I think that has been explained by saying the character is KO'd instead of dead if killed in battle. Death only occurs if all party members fall, thus leaving nobody to protect the unconscious.

The real question is this: When you run from battle with a party member down, they stay lying there, yet somehow they magically reappear on the ground again for the next battle. Do we assume that if Edward is the only guy alive that he carries the other 3 off on his weak shoulders?

In the Land of Summons, time supposedly goes faster, right?
Wrong.
The game clock doesn't go any faster in the Land of Summons.
So...the 'Rydia' in your party isn't the girl whose mother you killed and whose town you burned! It's an imposter! Shock and scandal!

As for the child, ...Leviathan had a snack.

Oh! Another solution to "How did the underwold's tanks get to the overworld?"

Cid might've created an airship that can withstand the temperatures of the underworld AND has the robotic claw thingy for carrying other vehicles.

as for the moon thinge, maybe it did have an atmosphere i mean think about it, the lunarians created the moon so they could stay there till humans came to be, do you really think that they would have ived on that moon for thousands of years with no oxygen

Time is always the biggest plot hole to almost any game. Theoretically, assuming staying at the inn means sleeping overnight, then you could really stay at the inn about 1000 times (roughly 3 years), yet everything is exactly the same as it was before.

As for imposter Rydia, I think the answer there is obvious: the original Rydia you have in the overworld is the imposter. When the "real" Rydia summons Titan on you at the beginning of the game, the ground opens up and she falls through to the underworld. After the quake, Golbez leaves an "imposter" Rydia with Cecil as an attempt to track Cecil's progress: the raid on Kaipo is a setup to throw him off. Meanwhile, the real Rydia is found by the dwarves, but in bad condition. In order to save her, they inject her with dwarfish steroids that cause her to bollosom into an adult. The dwarves get freaked out by their new drug and throw all of it in the magma in order to prevent further mutations. When Rydia saves Cecil and co. later on, she "remembers" everybody because Cid tells her everything she needs to know while the others are fighting Calbrena. The Land of Summons time shift is simply a cover-up.
