i have got an xbox 360 and i bleieve that ps3 will never be able to beat it. it has amazing graphics and great frame rate on every game.

AND OBLIVION IS THE BEST GAME EVER

PS3 has better launch titles
PS3 Blue-Ray disc has more storage
PS3 comes with a hard drive
PS3 perfectly emulates PS1 and PS2 games
PS3 has free online service
PS3 has more hi-def support
PS3 standard controller is wireless
PS3 standard controller has motion sensor
PS3 comes with wireless ethernet connection

Therefore:
PS3 > Xbox 360

So be quiet.

ps3 is much better to prove it look at the final fantasy 13 trailer, xbox is just the first next generation concole all others will surpass it. dont be impressed byu the sudden flashieness.

I have to agree that the PS3 will be better than the Xbox 360. I was never excited about the Xbox 360 but thats a whole different story for the PS3. Plus the PS3 will have FFXIII and FF vs. XIII so thats enough for me to choose one over an Xbox 360.

Well in addition to what IRANCha0s posted the PS3 has a graphics card thats twice as strong as the strongest graphics card that's currently available for PC's.

It's also practically made for being online plus the 360 was released to soon, way to soon and because of that it has many flaws. If you move the console while a disc is running it's likely that the disc is ruined, I have seen pictures of discs that had that fate and it's a messy sight.

I was thinking about getting the 360 while I waited for the PS3 but I reconcidered.

I'm still pretty sure that the only reason the XBOX still exists is Halo. I am also under the impression that not many more games will be created for the XBOX 360 that I want to play other than maybe Halo 3-9. Sure it looks nice but if you don't have the games to back up a system then what have you got really? I guess it could be a cool screensaver.

you do know that there was an article on yahoo an dthe enws that siad the makers of xbox 360 are admitting that the system has lots of glitches and bugs?why would you think a game system that has lots of bugs is teh best?ps3 will deff win it over,xbox 360 was rushed.

Ps3 will over power the Xbox360. The ps3 is a better machine IMO and I would chose Ps3 over Xbox 360 anyday because of it's superiority over the Xbox 360 and I like sony's style better.

Because he has no idea what he is talking about and loves the decent games of XBOX360. Now, another problem with the XBOX360 is it isn't even that special. It's just a slight step up of the XBOX, giving new games a shine, but not a new type of game-play. Their marketing scheme was simply to redesign the XBOX, give it a new name and look, add a few extra pieces of hardware and then sell it to the moronic masses...which has worked btw. I'll give credit for having some pretty good games, but Microsoft will hardly ever beat any competition (excluding the Gears of War game coming out) and will most likely become like Nintendo was 3-5 years ago.

Meh, i just got a 360 just for the hell of it.... and honestly im pretty happy with it so far. I may get a PS3 probably a year or two after its launch when some good games come out for it, but i dont know. Im getting a wii too just for super smash brothers on line. As for the prices and cost of all this? It dosent matter im rich. Bitch.

This is always entertaining to watch. It is quite the interesting contrast at my work. Everyone at work is slamming on the PS3 and Sony every possible chance they get when there is a new article saying something else about the PS3. They think that the PS3 will fail. I think about the only thing that they agree on with me is that the Wii is going to do a lot better than the Gamecube did.

While they call me a Sony fan, I am more a FF fan than anything. Though they say that if I am, why don't I own a DS for FFIII and a GBA, and all of the other console. I really cannot argue there too much, I am willing to pay for a PS3 when it comes out which the sum of all of the other consoles with FF games. Well so I am not a die hard FF fan. I may love FF, but I am not buying a system that I will not get my use out of. DS, all shiny and cool, I have no interest in any of the games, Phoenix Wright or doggies. Just FFIII and that is not enough to justify the purchase.

I already said I was going to get a Gamecube when Zelda comes out because it finally is the game that justifies me buying it. There are at least a dozen games on that system I want, but not enough to get a console over. Zelda is the selling point.

I'm a RPG fan when you get down to it. I'm getting the PS3 for one reason, because it will have the games that I want to play. Sure it costs a lot, and buying it merely for FFXIII is not really enough to justify things yet. But I love FF and RPGs and I know that the PS3 will have RPGs just like it always has. They have yet to fail me so far. I have more RPGs to choose from on the PS2 that I still want. So while the PS2 still entertains me, I will let the PS3 RPG collection grow and when FFXIII hits shelves I'll be out there for a PS3 and ready to start a new round of RPG gaming.

It is the games that will save the PS3 as it has for the PSone and PS2. They might be copies of things from past dealings or even weaker counter parts to later released consoles. But they have one thing the others did not, solid games that everyone wants. And for me, it was RPGs. I own more than 30 games, most RPGs for the PS2, that is more than anyone console I already own. And I love Nintendo, but they do not have the RPGs like they used to.

The consoles all have games people want, but I see the Wii and PS3 coming out on top not 360, because they do not look wide enough. That was the failing of the original and continues to be the failing. It is the games that sell systems not the parts that make it. I have said before and will keep saying it.

And for the record I am not a Sony fan, I'm a RPG fan. When RPGs stop going to the Playstation, I'll be finding a new console. Until then they have my business.

I've had my 360 almost 3 weeks now, the graphic is stunning. I only have 5 games so far, but it's incredible. But i'm still going to buys PS3 when it's realesed september 2007. I have a big hope that PS3 will be as good or better. And i need Final Fantasy XIII.
