Okay it might have great grafics and a great frame rate on every game the only problem is that it doesn't have any good games. I mean come on which game is the "must have" on the XBOX 360? Perhaps Gun which I also own on the gamecube? Or Table Tennis? In fact I can not think of one game that I am interested in that appears only on the XBOX, exept perhaps Halo and I still believe that Halo is the only reason that the XBOX is not dead.

Hey don't forget Dead or Alive! But I agree that this time round Sony has made the better console, it seems to be that whoever releases their new consle first always seems to make the worse system. I am a fan of Microsoft and have an XBOX but didn't buy a 360 because of it's not going to be as good as PS3.

Oh and btw, I don't want to be considered as fllaming but it seems that half of this forum is Microsoft haters anyway, I've seen lots of you saying that if an FF was made only for the XBOX then you would desert the series... Surely that means that half of you aren't going to like XBOX360?

This should have been the PS3 thread- there, people are mostly complaining about the price and there are also posts from someone who's pissed about Sony. But here, everyone except for the starter of this thread is appreciating it and thinking it will be the absolute bomb.
I agree with this.
I am just surprised that the thread-starter hasn't showed up yet with some backing for his opinion, because amazing graphics and great frame rate is obviously not a valid reason.

Really?! Someone in Microsoft said that?! Wow, they must have been sacked right after the publication of that interview.

Microsoft will most likely become like Nintendo was 3-5 years ago.

If what they saind in that interview was true, then Microsoft may well end up not like Nintendo, but like Sega with its Saturn- meaning that hardly anyone will buy the console that will come after 360, even if it is good.

the xbox is the best of all but the xbox306 is so good that i have spent £500 on it so far i am going to bye ghost recon and dead or alive4 my psp is not so good i have 50cent builletproof championship manager 2006 and Dragonballz shin buidokai thay are ok but not the best my nintendo ds is ok to i have spent £400 on that i have worms open warfare super mario bros resident evil deadly silence mario kart DS pokemon link and cars wot is no good to play cars it is a 4 ter old game and so is over the hedge but mario and luigi partners in time that is the best game on the DS so is residnt evil i was going to bye pacman world3 but it is not that good to play on.

Yha if the PS2 had came out hith halo instead of Xbox,the Xbox would have been forgoten sure there are some other good games but the PS2 and PS3 have better games.I mean the Xbox is an ok consol but I still pefer sony'sstuff.Any way i mean i heard that the Xbox360 has one of the best graphics ever so i guess it could be a reson that it may not have to reely on Halo games.But still for a long time The Xbox has been reelying on Halo games,but it is still an awesome cosol thats just my opinion on it.

Well being at TFF over half a decade now, you kind of come to learn that most of the population are X-box haters. Reason being were all Final fantasy fans and its natural that the population will side with the PS3 over Xbox due to PS being the only console really to have FF games on it (excluding XI and CC).

Now saying you think the PS3 will kick the Xbox's ass is all well and good, but to say the Xbox 360 is shit is just ****ing stupid tbh. Its like comparing a ferrari and a porsche, in saying that a porsche is a piece of shit... which its not.


I too used to be an xbox hater, i never had one nor played any of the games. Just a few go's here and there in a friends. However when you grow older these type of things tend to become unimportant, and you realise its a ****in computer and not a sports team you support.

So me and my friend were smokin it up the other day and i mentioned "Dead rising" to him, explained it was dawn of the dead pretty much (were big fans of the series) So we put our heads (and wallets) together and went into town to pick one up. we payed €260 each for the premium pack and 3 games (Dead rising, Hitman bloodmoney and perfect dark)

And i gotta say im dead impressed with the machine so far, dead rising is an awesomley fun game, Were playing it to death! And i also cant wait for "Assassins creed" looks really good and also Halo 3.

Now the ps3 also has its flaws, its ugly looking. I hear theirs alot of bugs with it, hence the delay. The only games ive seen that i would consider getting are FFXII and the new MGS. And after the last MGS (Which was absolute shit imo) its not looking promising.

So TFFers show a little consideration and dont judge a console on the FF series

From what iv'e heard of the X-Box 360 its good.. but from what iv'e seen i would'nt buy one myself. X-Boxs dont appeal to me at all. there a very few game i'd actually buy.. in fact the only games i'd buy an x-box for is kingdom under fire, halo(which you can buy on the pc) and fable(which again you can buy on th pc). The X-box is inferior to The ps3 for the reasons already listed by IRANian ChaOs. One that i am looking forward to however is the nintendo wii. that should be a suprise =D.

Personally I like Xbox as well as the Playstation console,but Personally I'm gonna wait till the PS3 comes out and that way when I try it, I can decide which console is better,but the bad thing about the PS3 is that its expensive,but yeah.

sorry but i saw this thread and i disagreed instantly because the Wii is much more imaginative and the PS3 is much better overall microsoft rushed this console and are really stupid for doing so (my opinion not said to cause arguements)
