What do the WHite reps mean i know what green and red are but white?

A white box is a rep from someone who either does not have enough reputation to affect your points, or does not have enough posts to affect your points.

The ability to actually influence another person's reputation is disabled if the user trying to give rep has less than 200 posts, or less than 10 rep.
