Of course I drink. There's no way you can look at the tax code and proofread it for 40 hours a week without needing some Saturday night boozing. I don't go too nuts, just a nice buzz... unless its a crazy party.

As for smoking, I've done it and felt retarded the next day. Not like high retarded, but just stupid, like "why did I just do that?"

If someone puts something in your drink, its most likely GHB or Rohypnol, those are date rape drugs, if anyone put coke or heroin in your drink, you'd just feel euphoric but not too much else...

at a bar once i robbed this girl of her drink, and it had one of those 2 in it, and after one drink i was REDICULOUS....my friends thought id had a good forty of Gin as a predrink and thats why i was so drunk, but i had no time for a big predrink, the next day they were tellin me how i got so drunk, and i looked in my wallet and had all my money, the only conclusion is that GHB or Rohypnol was taken....i guess its good i take it and not a lady, casue if that did that to me, and im 6'6, 240lbs, imagine a 5'5, 110lbs lady..goddamn

but everyone says chronic is bad, but it really isn't, there are more ill side effects from smoking cigarettes than smoking weed, but i do agree that if you smoke too much, you get a little slow for a couple days hahaha, like when me and my buddy smoked a half ounce in 5 hours....goddamn percy blunts just ruined me for a couple days HAHA

Hmm. Drugs. I'm too much of a pansy for drugs. Mostly because I've had a friend die from overdose/mixing and I hear so many stories from friends. I did try pot one time. A friend and I had never been high before, so she asked if I would join her and a couple of people who had done it before so she wouldn't feel as awkward. Well let me tell you. I was the only awkward one in that car. All these other people smoke cigarrettes regularly, and pot every now and then. I do not smoke at all. So when I inhaled the smoke from that stuff (if I remember, it was the night Riley had mannaged to get purple haze...I think), I was SO uncomfortable. My inexperienced friend coughed a bit, but I was like... dying. And my lungs hurt. And **** that. I tried it one more time just to see.... but God that sucked. I didn't even get high from it, I think that's what really pissed me off. All that pain and I got nothing. Meanwhile, my friend is talking about how everytime she laughs "it's like a new day." Blaaah I was not happy that night.


Drunk? I've never thrown up or passed out, and that's a record I'd like to keep intact. I'm a lightweight, so I don't drink much. Or often, really. I drink enough to get that feeling in your head where it feels like it has its own swimming pool. I'm sort of a bipolar drunk. I'm either really giggly and cute (like... baby cute, I never hit on people), or I'm mean and I try to fight people. When I'm coming out of it, I turn into a comedian because I think I'm sooo funny. But yeah, I've never been hammered/smashed/****ed up/shitfaced. Just a little past tipsy. And I have only had a hangover twice. And I know why. The only time I get hangovers are when I drink a bit and then eat a LOT. And then don't drink any water. Then I have a headache when I sober up, but I just resign myself to drinking a lot of water until I feel better. Only twice, though. Never again, with the eating. But usually, I am the sober person who can drive people home. Or I have one drink at the beginning and then sober up by the time everyone wants to leave. I'd like to say I'm fairly smart about it. And I certainly never drink around people I don't trust. I always trust the people I drink around, and they trust me. It's just a good environment that way.

I'm no stranger to beer and mary jane, though I never do enough to become intoxicated. A couple years ago I had a hang over from vodka and several beers. Six months later I then got into weed and got high for the first time. Didn't care for the experience although when offerred I won't be rude and turn them down: I just smoke enough or drink in moderate amounts (I'm a major ****ing heavy weight and it would take me forever to get totally thrashed anyhow).

I love when people talk about how awesome their tolerance is.

Tolerance is a matter of numbers, people. If you're 6'1", the same amount of alcohol will get you more drunk than someone larger than you, and less drunk than someone smaller than you. No dodging that.

How "HARCORE OMG" you are is really just how well you function while drunk. If you drink a whole bunch and then try to be sober, yeah, you'd function better than someone who is just going with the flow and letting the alcohol take over.

That's why when the shit hits the fan, you're able to sober up and realize "SHIT, I need my wits about me."

As far as my experiences with drugs go.... Ehhh. Anything stronger than weed kind of irks me, as you know, there's that chance you die. Albeit a tiny chance (unless you just OD), there's still the chance. And weed seems like a waste to me. My friend Kyle was just telling me about how he went to this girls house, a girl who is only like 15 or 16 or so, and is normal size for a 15 or 16 year old girl. Girl smoked (this is his account) five (count'em five) blunts and was exactly the same as she was before.

Let's get a drug user to tally up how much that would cost. And she smoked that much in a day. It seems like a waste of money, s'all. And those who DO get ****ed up regularly.... get ****ed up regularly. That's just about it. I don't want to be that guy who has nothing better to do than sit around his house stoned, watching telvision. Not how I want my life to play out.

Don't get me wrong, though, i've had some FUN times playing video games with a bunch of friends while they smoked. And someone using drugs isn't going to keep me from associating with them.

Now as far as drinking goes, the game is moderation. I do get annoyed by the people who drink as much as possible and then inform everyone they can. These people are usually beer drinkers, and beer is not for Daniel. Daniel likes liquor, mixed drinks. Fun Soda. Hahaha, soda with liquor in it is the only soda I drink at this point. I have no idea how many times i've had this discussion and felt like an alcoholic afterwards:

"Daniel. Coke?"
"Does it have liquor in it?"
".....No?"
"No thanks. Juice?"

But yeah, never ****ed up. Well, I got a little too tipsy for my own liking once (I had a legion of gay guys who made it their personal mission to get me ****ed UP, and Daniel can not turn down a free drink) but even then I wasn't that bad. Other than that, not really drunk.

So yeah. I'll pass on the joint, but feel free to offer me a drink.

^ ive heard many stories about people who smoke blunt after blunt and not get stoned.....

now seeing as how i smoke 2-3 times a day (during sept-april) i cant see how someone can smoke and not get stoned, unless their receptors are just ****ed up, the only plausible explination is that the chronic is just oregano or some other Non-THC carrying substance....i dont doubt your story, but as a smoker, i find it hard to believe anyone can do that....

but that IS the problem with weed, if you do not get off your ass and do something with your life, you will waste a TON of time, i myself enjoy hittin a few bowls before a lecture or two, cause it makes it soooo much more interesting, and the bus rides to school are ****in awesome as long as you have your aviators and MP3 player so your entertained and not everyone knows your ****ed. The worst ARE the people who just laze around all day stoned, and eat, and watch seinfeld....i only do that after ive accomplished everything i needed to that day...

And also to your post, those who say (while hammered) "i've drank 20 beers tonight and im still ****in standing" are those who rarely have done that, some say, younger people.....i used to do it, hell ive had 35 beers in 5 hours and informed everyone, cause i think thats extraordinary, but nowadays ive learned that people MAY think you have a problem (or a ruined liver/kidney) and look down on you, which is why i try to keep my drinking escapades on the low....people can easily tell nowadays how much i had through my eyes, the yellower, the more....

Lets see, I've done alchohol a lot, pot a lot, and ex once. Ecstacy was what got me to quit though.. I could always handle alchohol, or pot, or both and feel like I had control of myself. I was always the person that could get totaly wasted yet still be able to remember everything the next day.. Pot and alchohol just helps me care less about what I do.. how I act, the feeling it gives me is to minor.. so I never did drugs for that reason..

When I did ecstacy however, though I still remembered everything.. I lost control of myself. I did whatever I did cuz I couldnt control myself.. I hate that feeling and stoped smoking pot, never did ecstacy again... been clean for 2 1/2 years. Still smoke my cigs and drink my beer. Jaegre ftw.

Alcohol.. Meh. I was actually dead set against it for years and even now I won't drink for more than a quiet buzz, I'm rather worried about what might happen if I ever did get drunk enough to loose control of myself. Though the several glasses of 'house wine' and the two bottles of Champers on my 18th back in the HomeLand did leave me with difficulty keeping my feet below me before we all finally hit the hay. *laughs*

But ya know? For all I don't particularly like or hate drinking I still HATE the stupid 21 age limit in the US, that ground on my nerves like no ones buisness. I actually drink more now than I did in the UK, and I sometimes think that may be a subconsiously contributing factor.

I've been drunk many times but never to the point where I'd vomit or wake up with a hangover. I prefer to keep it that way.

As for getting high, nope. I ain't touching that shit. I admit it may seem hypocritical that I am willing to be under the influence of alcohol but refuse to even touch weed. But, I gotta draw the line somewhere. And since weed is illegal, that's where I'm drawing the line. Whether or not it's fair that weed is illegal, I don't care. At the moment, it's illegal. I don't get charged with possession of alcohol. I'm not interested in the possible inconvenience of being charged with possession of marijuana.

Ive been drunk yeah, and ive been around weed smoke but never had any, sometimes drunk is fun and other times its not...

But I hate people who pretend to be stoned or drunk, they just pretend to act cool and pretend.
