I am sorry if there is a thread like this but I just want peoples opinions on the movie of Silent Hill. It looks true to the game and they even added Eddie from Silent Hill 2 in there! I know it was just released in the cinemas in the Uk but for people who have already seen it... Whats your opinion on the movie? Is it worth seeing for Big Sh fans?! Im kind of gutted that Harry is a woman....

693 | I thought it looked quite good. Doom was a complete joke and resident evil had no feel to real life to it. This one is deffinetely worth watching but I'll be waiting till it comes out on DVD.

It's either that or Scary Movie 4, and Scary Movie 3 just sucked and wasn't funny at all to me... so I'm hoping Silent Hill will be a mainstream horror movie that can be appreciated by people who don't know it's based on the video game. Just an all-around scary flick. I'm having my doubts though. So if I see it tonight, I'll post my opinion without any spoilers.

359 | I'll tell you now. G.R.E.A.T. That's all I really need to say, but... I had originally planned to see it with just my sister, but then some friends I had that graduated before me were there and we were like... "WTF... lets all see this damn movie. Anywhom... Got back just now and I got to say that this is the best game to movie out there. If you ever thought a movie didn't have enough blood... you will glady think otherwise once you watch this film. If you ever thought that a movie couldn't remind of you of how great a game could be... you shall stand corrected. If you ever thought that Final Fantasy: Spirits Within should of been the last game to movie...this movie shall give you hope. But... if you want to watch Scary Movie 4 instead... go for it. It's quite hilarious.

505 | I WANNA SEE IT SO BAD!!!!!! I so desperately wanna see that movie! I hope Lisa the nurse is in it. If she is I hope that they included the part when she turns into the demon nurse in it. I felt sorry for her in the game. She was a good soul trapped in an twisted world. Does anyone know what kinda of ending it plays? Theres five endings right? Includin UFO (though that probably wnt be it  ). I hope its good! Ill hafta go through my sources to get the "illegal" copy of the movie  Oh yeah btw. Is it close to the game? I saw Dahlia in the trailers! There could be no better actor for it! She proper creeps me out.

1,293 | K. Things changed. I am seeing it tonight. One friend told me it was the best movie ever. One said it sucked ass. The local newspaper's review compaed it to Carrie, The Shining, and The Sixth Sense. Pretty good company to be in. 4 out of 5 stars.... I am looking forward to it.
