Aerosmith, Led Zepplin, and Queen

These 3 bands are the greatest bands that ever played in my opininon. The only music i like is rock, hard rock, heavy metal and death metal. all u classic and country singers can blow that music right out ur butthole. no pun intended.

Aerosmith was pretty good in the 70's/80's/early-90's - but ever since the armageddon ost they've been absolute shite. Maybe even before that... i'd say their last good album was get a grip - livin on the edge rocked lol.

queen is the ****ing shit though. i was rockin a night at the opera just the other day - lazing on a sunday afternoon is such a ****ing brilliant song. brian may's guitar just sings all the way through that album - i think he's one of the most underrated guitarists of all time in fact.

I think that the best bands of all time would have to be ACDC,Seether,and Hinder because they all play Heavy rock,heavy metal,and plain ol rock...ya know.

Where are the Beatles in that list? I don't see them anywhere! I think they are one of the greatest bands ever. My top three bands are; Guns n' Roses, the Beatles and Bon Jovi. Queen is one of the greatest bands ever. Freddie Mercury had an amazing voice and was a great performer. Brian May is such a fantastic guitarist. Led Zeppelin are cool too but I don't really listen to them. Aerosmith are another awesome band also, Steven Tyler is cool. The Rolling Stones are also a great band that should be in the list. They're are too many great bands to choose from!

hhm, not sure i agree... for a start those bands are totally different, and its hard to relate.

Aerosmith were influential, but not really key. Led Zeppelin were a big innovation in the movement from R&B to Rock, and queen... well, glam rock really, which isn't important.

If you like Metal then Black Sabbath should be on your list. And Elvis for Rock... ok, i don't consider him to be greatly influencial, he basically had no say in his music... but for some reason teenagers jumped on his music, which led eventually to the popularisation of the electric guitar and young people starting up Rock bands.

The all time rock bands are. Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Deep Purple and Styx. I get so lost when I listen to these bands. I grew up listening to this music and it's in my blood. My whole family loves Rock N Roll and Elvis Presley.

Too bad those aren't heavy metal bands.

The 3 bands mentioned in the first post are alright. They all have thier good moments, but I certainly wouldn't consider any of them in my top 10 list, none the less the top 3 position.

Albiet Queen are awesome, but whatever. Sean loves him some Pink Floyd, total mellow out music.

It's funny how many listeners of metal also have a liking and/or a respect for classical music. Have you actually sat down and listened to the genious of classical music? =\

I have. And my favourite "genres" are, mostly, metal.

On-topic though. Aerosmith were okay. Led Zepplin was alright. I likes Queen a lot. I have their greatest hits CD in my car at the moment.

Well I like those 3 main bands alot. But if I had to pick my own 3 I'd go with The Beatles, The Who, and then I'd go with Pete Townshend solo career.
