2,891 | Oh yeah, it would be. Muscles only grow when you eat right (lots of carbs and protein) and rest. Not only is just about every muscle aching, but the skin on my hands is blistered pretty badly. I feel like I'm going to die right now, save for the pizza and Vault I'm gorging on right now, which is keeping me alive.

However, the weights I bought today were from a sporting goods store. I bought them used (because it was less than half the price of the new shit and because they were Joe Wieder (mr. Olympia himself!) plates) and because I got a bonus for trading in my 45lbs hex dumbells for the much heavier and versatile ones.

1,156 | I have some weights in different sizes, but nowadays I find it quite hard to actually pull myself together and get to do some lifting. It was so much easier when I was still in school, sitting on my ass, looking at a book all day. Luckily I work at a storage, so my work basically consists of lifting heavy stuff. Not that it's really anything compared to really working out though, but it keeps me on the dangerous side of 80 kilos atleast. And I try to get as many carbs and proteine as possible, so it's lots of orange juice, chocolate milk, and chicken and beef for lunch. | ||||||||

2,891 | The plus side of your work is that lifting shit all the time, while not a workout, develops a strong forearm, which in my experience, is something that a lot of bodybuilders lack, myself included. My forearms are pencils compared to my upper arms.

1,156 | Indeed, my pecs and my biceps could use just a little more bulk I reckon though. Only problem is that I am relatively frail of built by nature, which means that results come quick, but it doesn't look as impressive as it does on those who have a bit more bulk to start with. On a not so related note I just loaded up on Mercyful Fate today. Figured that being Danish, you kind of have to own atleast their classic stuff. That and some more beer, damn it's hot here.
