I just found this news article on MSN about one of the contestants on Australian Big Brother. He revealed to the other housemates that he is gay last week.

It claims that he was bashed by what he believes was an anti-gay group. He said he was left to die in a pool of his own blood. That's just so terrible, I can't believe people can do that. It's sad because he appears to be such a wonderful young man. He certainly didn't deserve that, nobody does.

I believe that people can love whoever they want, it doesn't matter was gender they are. My cousin is gay and he is such a wonderful person. I have nothing against gay people, not at all. I know some people who do but that's their opinion. I think it's horrible that some people actually go around bashing them.

Well as much as you believe that it has no relevance about what we were talking about. And why the fuck did you bring this thread back up? Everyone agreed it was dead and beaten so we let it be. I feel sad it's not locked. Goddammit, seriously, if you would like to make a thread for gays on that subject go right ahead, but this was for gay rights.
