cant w8 for the english version man, i can finally follow without reading
i dont think itll come in theaters here since belgiums not too fond of movies like these and no one has ever said anything about the theater release in usa or europe so...

Nope, not going to be in theaters.

Im prety sure the english release is the 24th or 25th. so the rest of europe sould get it about the same.

Suposed to be this month. I believe Europe gets it the 24th and the U.S. gets it the 25th.

There will be spoilers below.

My friend just bought it tonight, and we had to sit down immediately and watch it. Neither of the two guys with me had played the game, but still enjoyed it plenty.

I, having played through it all the way, loved it to death. It's easily my favorite CG movie, and ranks up there in movies period. The voice acting in my opinion was very well in conjunction with the characters. Cloud was as I would have expected. Barrett was spot-on, as was Red. Aeris sounded very similar to what I would have expected.

The movie was long enough to deal out the plot, yet fast paced and interesting throughout the whole of it. Watching fight scenes where I could identify the moves, as well as hearing the SAME music, tickled me all over. And can anyone say "best rington ever"?

Favorite fight scene had to be Tifa's. She was all over the place, and the church was an awesome setting for the fight. Again, combined with the "joke" provided by the ringtone, it was awesome.

All in all, I enjoyed the movie completely. I found little if no flaws, in my opinion, and it was just fun to watch. I mean, seeing the whole group come together again on screen was just... nostalgic.

There are those that might not like it, but I loved it.

Now... when will we see the FFVIII movie...?

With some money in my pocket for once, I'll actually be able to afford it for once... I plan on buying it, if only for some kind of closure and curiousity.

I bought the movie few weeks ago and I'we watched it about 10-15 times and I still love it!

Oh and the look on Rude's face when Reno steps on his glasses was just hillaryus.

I thought it was funny when Rude's glasses break too. He just busts another pair of glasses out of nowhere. I wonder where he keeps them all.
