This is one of my favorite bands. I found their songs awesome and extremely expressional. The sing out what many of us dare only to think, their songs are deep ans soo truthful. I think they are great artists and I wish I could see them in live concert.

I used to be a big fan, but now, not so much.

I don't mind them. I don't love, I don't hate. I still have a few of their CD's somewhere, but meh. They aren't THAT awful, but I know this thread is going to attract a lot of flames.

Blah.

Let 'er fly I say.

First off, I am not emo. Not even close. I am the polar opposite of that. I don't listen to MCR or any of that sad bastard music. BUT - Linkin Park is awesome.

I adored their first album, and Meteora is even better. A near perfect album in my eyes. Its clean, it plays well, and it doesn't really get old for me. Chester Bennington is one of my favorite vocalists, and I hope they make a lot more albums. Linkin Park is the shyt.

I like 'em, but not to any extreme. Hybrid Theory was pretty good, Meteora wasn't too bad ... Reanimation was utter crap, I say, but I'm not really into remixes and such. If it's good enough in the first place, there's no need to change it.

Yet the awesome part is that you did, for all of your fans! That's inspirational.

I like Linkin Park okay. I basically started listening to them because my friends were listening to them back in High School. Never got the first album, but thought "Faint" off the second album was pretty bad ass, so I bought it.

Linkin Park is okay, but they're no Pillar!

They are good at what they do. They were good back in the day too, but now they wouldnt stand out against the myriad of other bands that are coming out.

Yeah I used to like them a few years ago, I don't like them too much anymore either. I have one of their Cd's which has a few good songs on it. They're latest stuff isn't very good in my opinion. I really disliked what they did with Jay Z, that was just awful, I hate rap! They destroyed some of the songs I actually liked. They had a few great songs but besides that, no I don't really like them.

I can't say I'm a big fan of theirs. I mean I can listen to them and tolerate them, but I just never like to hear them. In the end they're a good band and I'll give them credit for their unique sense of sound, but Linkkin Park is just not for me.

I love Linkin Park. Their music is so good and their lyrics are so meaningful. The way they express themselves is just...wow. One of my fave bands, with awesome songs.

"I’ve lied to you
The same way that I always do
This is the last smile
That I’ll fake for the sake of being with you"

"By myself [myself]
I ask why, but in my mind
I find I can’t rely on myself"

"I’ve felt this way before
So insecure"

i'm sorry - those lyrics are absolute shite. It's like the quasi-goth bullshit i wrote when i was 14 or 15, except these were written by grown men. seriously, linkin park (albeit some of those synth intros are kinda cool) are largely a laughable band - teen-angst garbage horribly untimeless and easily dismissible through the annals of pop history.

Same as that. Back in 2001, Linkin Park was my favorite band. I still like some of their stuff, but im not as into it as i used to be. Times changed and I developed into and indie/alternitive chic. I'd much rather listen to the medolic Kasabian, the jagged Futureheads, the fun trajedies of Maximo Park....

Yeah basically you can say that now im less Linkin and more Maximo.
