FFTA Annoyance

Ive just bought FFT:A, trouble is it wont allow me to save. It just clears data, anyone else have this prob?

No, I didn't have that problem with my FFTA.
But I DID have that problem with a used Pokemon:
blue version cartridge that I bought from somewhere...

If you bought it used, chances are the battery that keeps saved data saved is dead.

No, it was brand new

The battery is dead. Maybe the battery you got inside it from the company was flawed, either way, if you still have your reciept, try to take it back to get it traded or refunded. If not then if you still have your reciept, you could send it to Square Enix under your 90 day warranty.

I got a refund, and bought another copy, it works now

hah yeah my game did that too but i always figured it was because I swam with it in my pocket for like 10 minutes
