  | Tekkeman Blade was my first ever anime I loved to death, that and DBZ (I didn't know it was DBZ at that moment XD, plus we didn't even have basic cable for 8 years)

| I started to get interested in anime/manga when being a kid and watching pokemon. Dragonball Z was the shiznat for me back then. And getting up at 8 o' clock to watch Kenshin episodes in the weekend was part of my weekly activities. Haven't read much manga though, but I'm working on that.

| I started off with Anime. SalorMoon or Felix the Cat. I don't remember which came first. I guess that Pokemon kinda helped even though Im ashammed to admit it.

| Started with anime and am now getting into the whole manga thing. I suppose the first anime I ever got into was DBZ, but it didn't stick. It was later when I discovered Anime Unleasehed on Tech TV, that I got hooked. I remember the show too. It was Silent Mobius. The show just had a great atmosphere and fascinating story. Soon after I found my way to Adult Swim, and have been in it's thrall ever since.

| The first anime I remember seeing would have to be Ninja Scroll. My freshman year of high school, I remember my brother bringing it home from some place or another and the three of us(I have two brothers) sat infront of the television watching it. I watched it a few more times after that, it was enjoyable. I want it again. My next adventure into the world of anime, and quite possibly the reason I am a fan today, was Princess Mononoke. It was the only anime I owned for several years, I obtained it my Freshman year of high school. It was on VHS and I still have it laying around somewhere back home, I am sure of it. It is such a beautiful anime and Hayao Miyazaki is a glorious director. As far as series go, my first one was probably Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball Z. This is a guess, and not even an educated one. I just assume that it was my first one because it is the earliest I remember seeing. It was all right when I was a kid, but nowadays I can hardly believe that I watched such crap. Not sure if we mention it here or not, but my overall favorite anime would have to be Fate/Stay Night. I haven't finished the series, but I enjoy it immensely and the artwork is stunning. I mentioned this in another thread, I am sure of it. I'm not a massive fan of anime, only viewing and reading about a few series' at a time, but I enjoy it when I have the time to enjoy it. Manga isn't something I am into. The only manga I own, and the only one I have actually read, is the Suikoden III manga. Only because I am a completely obsessed fanboy for the series.
